I would like to give a huge shout out to the crew that was working tonight at the Millbrook location. They were dealing with system issues and being swamped with orders from what I heard the entire day. Despite this they were incredibly polite and were doing the best they could to get orders out as fast as possible. All of my order was great, no problems in any way.

I went to this establishment and run the window doorbell (because their drive thru screen and microphone were broken) I had rung this bell twice and no andwer for 10 minutes and they still did not come to the window. But i heard 2 people speaking to eachother having a full conversation while i wajted for 10 minutes to have my order taken Nobody came Rude as hell

I ordered pizza from the app and once it was ready, instructed to pick it up. Arrived at the drive up window and was told they were closing. We told the attendant that we had already paid through the app and couldn't cancel. They processed the order and debited my card and I never got the pizzas. Poor business practice and so now I won't be back!!!

On Oct 8 I got a pizza but because of a problem with their credit card terminal my account was charged twice. Last week I talked to a manager and showed her proof of the double charge. She was very polite and sent the info to another manager and said they would call me. Never got the call, today I went back to Little Ceasars and talked to another manager and again explained the situation. Her name was Vicki, she was very helpful and polite. She resolved the problem to my satisfaction. Thank you Vicki, you are a good manager.

The absolute WORST customer service today! The female opened the drive through window and didn’t say a word & rolled her eyes! Then another female handed me my order and practically shoved it to me out the window! It is not my fault you work there- both females should be fired!!
I placed an order for pick up for 4 pizzas and a Italian cheesey bread. One of my pizzas was made incorrectly after the sales rep even read the order back to me. I understand these situations happen, but it has happened to many times at this location.

this was the laziest thing ive ever seen. i ordered half cheese ONLINE and got toppings halfhazardly thrown all over. I DONT EAT MEAT ON PIZZA. every single slice i took shredded in half with every bit of cheese falling off. asked for two garlic butters and one of them ended up being buffalo ranch which no one here wants. this was completely unsalvagable and we now need to order another meal ELSEWHERE.
