Found cardboard baked into my pizza. Picture is after it being chewed and spit out so it’s hard to tell. And honestly I’m hoping it’s cardboard instead of whatever else it could be. Still totally unacceptable and disgusting.

I would like to give a huge shout out to the crew that was working tonight at the Millbrook location. They were dealing with system issues and being swamped with orders from what I heard the entire day. Despite this they were incredibly polite and were doing the best they could to get orders out as fast as possible. All of my order was great, no problems in any way.

I went to this establishment and run the window doorbell (because their drive thru screen and microphone were broken)
I had rung this bell twice and no andwer for 10 minutes and they still did not come to the window.
But i heard 2 people speaking to eachother having a full conversation while i wajted for 10 minutes to have my order taken
Nobody came
Rude as hell

I ordered pizza from the app and once it was ready, instructed to pick it up. Arrived at the drive up window and was told they were closing. We told the attendant that we had already paid through the app and couldn't cancel. They processed the order and debited my card and I never got the pizzas. Poor business practice and so now I won't be back!!!

Got at the store at 9:47pm and my daughter went to the door to get food and the door was locked. The sign and website say 10. This is pitiful.

On Oct 8 I got a pizza but because of a problem with their credit card terminal my account was charged twice. Last week I talked to a manager and showed her proof of the double charge. She was very polite and sent the info to another manager and said they would call me. Never got the call, today I went back to Little Ceasars and talked to another manager and again explained the situation. Her name was Vicki, she was very helpful and polite. She resolved the problem to my satisfaction. Thank you Vicki, you are a good manager.
