So I just came to place an order and they told me that I cannot eat here because they do not take any bill above $20. I had a $50 and a $100. My order was $15. It is 5 o’clock in the afternoon. It’s not like it’s dark. I have never had a restaurant tell me that I cannot get my order because I only had a bill that was above 20.

It took a week of me thinking and praying on this, but after much thought I will never return here after years of being a good customer. Shay who usually is somewhat nice berated and cursed a young lady last week who ended up in tears.. what type of a manager doesn’t pull an employee to the side to talk.. I’ve never been anywhere that a Manager curses at employees in front of customers. I was in shock and just left even after paying for my food. It’s a shame and pathetic. Mistakes happen… Do better and treat others the way you want to be treated Shay!

I sat at the drive thru for 30 minutes and they ignored me the whole time. We made eye contact through the window, no answer. Plus, I rang for service multiple times, nothing. Awful service!

Found cardboard baked into my pizza. Picture is after it being chewed and spit out so it’s hard to tell. And honestly I’m hoping it’s cardboard instead of whatever else it could be. Still totally unacceptable and disgusting.

I would like to give a huge shout out to the crew that was working tonight at the Millbrook location. They were dealing with system issues and being swamped with orders from what I heard the entire day. Despite this they were incredibly polite and were doing the best they could to get orders out as fast as possible. All of my order was great, no problems in any way.
