I would like to give a huge shout out to the crew that was working tonight at the Millbrook location. They were dealing with system issues and being swamped with orders from what I heard the entire day. Despite this they were incredibly polite and were doing the best they could to get orders out as fast as possible. All of my order was great, no problems in any way.

On Oct 8 I got a pizza but because of a problem with their credit card terminal my account was charged twice. Last week I talked to a manager and showed her proof of the double charge. She was very polite and sent the info to another manager and said they would call me. Never got the call, today I went back to Little Ceasars and talked to another manager and again explained the situation. Her name was Vicki, she was very helpful and polite. She resolved the problem to my satisfaction....

I placed an order for pick up for 4 pizzas and a Italian cheesey bread. One of my pizzas was made incorrectly after the sales rep even read the order back to me. I understand these situations happen, but it has happened to many times at this location.
