Ordered a black coffee with ice. In the apple it has the choice between 1-3 ice, and I’m guessing that’s like amounts or servings. I click 2 ice. When I get to the second window, it slightly smells like weed. They’re all laughing and saying “what the hell does this mean”. Seems like a lack of professionalism and training. They proceed to give me a random coffee with cream and who knows what else. Pretty confusing how you mess up a black coffee with ice and manage to put cream in it. They also did not fill it up all the way to the serving line.

I ordered a double quarter pounder and the cook sabotaged it with waaaay to much salt and pepper. It was not fresh and tasted disgusting.

This place is so ghetto. Please hire new, respectful, non-ebonics employees. My husband ordered at the drive through, this girl had the nerve to answer the mic with a “yuuuhhh” she looked hispanic, wore glasses. These people have no manners, are completely rude. The food is depressing & cold most of the time. There’s a time and place for the way you speak to people and at work, I don’t think answering a mic with a “yuuuhhh” is professional. I feel like I’m in the middle of Chisholm Montgomery when I come here.

Fire these young teenagers and lazy adults who are working there on 3/03/25 at 5:00 p.m. They pulled me up from the drive through window which was fine. I parked in space 3 and waited for about 5 minutes. A car pulls up next to me and waits a minute and this Hispanic girl brings their food out. I'm looking confused. They open the bag and look through the food (both of our windows are down) and gave the food back to the worker. The guy asks me if had 2 cheeseburgers and I was like yes. When I went in to address the situation, the food wasn't remade and the Hispanic girl got an attitude with me about why I wanted it remade. The health department will be called. The black manager in the back was telling them not to make it fresh so yeah 🙄
