Been to this restaurant multiple times. I've had wait times up to thirty to fourty minutes at a time. I've had issues of missing things from my order almost every time. The store almost never answers the phone so you have to drive to the store to get what your missing which for me is about a twenty minute drive. With good traffic. The people who work there ignore the people in the store most of the time unless they cant overlook you.

Every single time I go here The drive-thru takes forever. The last two times they made it worse by never bringing out my food at all. I go in there to find out what's going on and they have no idea where my order is. So I wind up waiting another 10 minutes just for me to receive the wrong food. At this point why do you even have a drive-thru??

I live 5 minutes away and will drive past this location and go to the other one because the employees here are so bad. Always either takes FOREVER or the order is wrong. And if it's wrong they just shrug and don't even try to fix it.

Went to Mcdonals drive-thru at 9:34 PM and and the girl that was preparing my food told me to move up and made we wait really long and then didnt even care to give my sauces despite ordering them at the mic, also my food was barely warm after finally getting it.

Austin made my apple pies fresh and helped my app codes to work. Great service.
I went through the drive-through line and ordered a meal deal on the app, a medium drink, medium fry, and 10 piece nugget. They advised I could not use the code because they didn’t have any medium cups. They also couldn’t override the price to match the a 10-piece nugget deal in app. Apparently I spoke with a manager and a general manager. Overall poor customer service and atmosphere!
