I ordered $47 worth ( not worth) food on Jan. 23, 2023. I was asked to park in front of the store. Numerous people were already waiting for their orders. An employee with a pink wig came out to deliver an order and she had no idea which car to go to. I waited 20 minutes for my order until I finally went inside to see why my order wasn't ready. There is already 3 other people waiting for their drive-thru orders. Another lady brought her Cheese burger inside and said there was NO MEAT on it. I got part of order (3 burgers,1 double fish and 3 fries) I had to go back again to get the 2/ 10 pc nuggets!! Everytime someone came in about an order they would call BRANDON! So I guess he was the shift manager? When I asked about my order, there was a "manager" going to the lobby with books and someone sat down with her at a booth. I have never had this kind of service at this location. I WILL go out of my way to go to the location near I65 exit.

This McDonald’s is very in bad shape, the management is a joke and the food u will have to wait on 15 min when it’s suppoce to be quick service, I recommend tuning up this store before I return !! Yes the one beside Hardee’s it needs to be shut

Terrible service in drive thru. Had a mobile order, pull into the line and never get answered at the 2nd drive thru speaker… made multiple attempts to reach someone. If i had not already paid, i would have left. Came inside to get it and that took awhile too. I also found out why no one answered, the girl taking orders for the drive thru was sitting at a table talking to another employee on break. Management needs to keep up with their staff.

The worst McDonald's I ever dealt with, drive thru employees are rude, tell you to pull up and close the window in your face. Prattville McDonald's by the interstate is way better, need better management.

It's ridiculous how long this McDonald's takes. I been literally pulled up 20 minutes now waiting on a chicken sandwich. It's supposed to be reasonably quick. It's freaking McDonald's. And it's always at this one! Need to fire whoever is running this joke of an establishment. Done paid now. Can't even leave! Ridiculous every slot is full and it's always like this
Went through the drive-thru, which had about six cars in it and two different Lanes. When I finally got up to place my order, the guy that took it didn't seem to be familiar with the menu. Questioned basically everything I ordered and still managed to get it wrong by the time I got to the pay window. It took him about 4 minutes to ring it up properly, and then I paid and moved on to the food window. They handed me part of the order, including french fries, and asked me to pull up. I then waited about 7 minutes for the rest of my order. So needless to say, nobody likes cold french fries, and guess what? I ended up taking home with me cold french fries. When I got home, I realized the order was still not right. But at that point, it's not worth going back. If you're going to go to McDonald's in Millbrook, go inside. Check your bags to make sure that everything is right. Because at the prices things are today, it's not worth going out, especially if you don't get what you ordered.

I got the McDouble and small fries ? deal for $3.49. I was second in line to order and waited for 5 minutes to order. As I was waiting I noticed the floor had food all across the inside of the store. I also noticed one of the assistant managers making at least 3 trips outside taking food that people had gone through drive thru. When I finally got my order I drove straight home, where I live a half mile away. My French Fries were borderline cold by the time I got in the door of my home. A couple of the french fries were limp and uncooked. I tossed them in the trash! Worst trip I had to McDonald's.

The order was wrong, I ordered a plain cheese burger, but the one I was given was loaded with onions, the cashier had a bad attitude, and I was told I couldn’t get a McFlurry because the ice cream machine was broken, but then someone else got an ice cream cone. The drink station is also a sticky mess.
