Nathanial M was our drive thru window guy. It was the Friday before the 3rd Saturday in October. He was the absolute sweetest and carried on such wonderful friendly banter with my Vol 4 Life husband. Our food and service was all great and fresh. But this young man’s friendly attitude would make anyone boss or momma proud. Thank you for being a good and kind young man Nathanial. You made my husband giggle in the middle of a 14 hour road trip that is normally on 8 hours so way to go young man!! And you we lost the game and you won!

I went inside and ordered food. I can literally see the 8pc tender meal on the menu. I ordered that and got told that there wasnt one. The lady behind the counter was super unhelpful as she just stared at me like I was dumb and kept saying they didnt have one.

Rude employees in the drive thru and in the store, food takes forever to come out, it's missing food from the order, and then the people behind the counter won't help out because they're busy with the drive thru and all the Uber eats pickup drivers. Go to a different place and save yourself the headache.

Here’s a large from Popeyes in Millbrook. Ask for two smalls. And WHY at 8 pm on a FRIDAY is chicken NOT COOKED.. shouldn’t a chicken restaurant have chicken ready.????? Maybe we stupid. It’s an all time thing. After this time. We’re DONE
The chicken is always hot and juicy from this Popeyes. I love much closer to the Prattville location, but the chicken is always dry and overcooked at the Prattville location. It's worth the extra drive to get hot, juicy chicken.
