The BEST Popeyes in a long time!! Went inside and ordered two of the 2 piece Big Box deals. 6 bucks a piece right now. $14 total. Service was GREAT and FAST!! The Chicken was Crispy and Moist!! They even had someone sweeping the dining area, and wiping down the drink station, keeping the place looking clean. I stopped after getting gas on a trip to FL at around 5pm. Glad i decided to give them another shot that day! I was planning to just check it out and if it looked shady i was going to Hardees down the road. I Have been to many Popeyes before and have been avoiding them because of there Rude employees and Bad service. This is a Great start again. I will give my local one another shot again at some point soon.

Went here the other day there was the friendliest boy working the drive thru. He was so polite and had the best manners. My order was accurate and food was delicious.
Worst experience ever!! This is ridiculous and I will NEVER go to popeyes again!! I spent $78 for a bag full of fries, crispy breading they are calling chicken tenders and nuggets they are calling wings. I've attached photos. I placed my order at 6:38pm online. At 7:11pm I was told to pull up because they had to make my food. At 7:46 pm we went in and had to get our food and we came home to this. I'm so upset with the quality of this food that I will make sure to let everyone I know to not go to popeyes. Especially the one in Millbrook, AL!!!

To be honest, I received non-spicy chicken tenders when I ordered spicy chicken tenders Did the survey on the receipt the manager got in touch with me? Got everything right. My chicken tenders were good and better most noticeable was the size of my tenders.A few days passed in between.before I returned for replacement meal .I'm on a fixed income and with so many places to go to I have to choose where I spend my money wisely so I have no problem with going back again To this location in Millbrook Alabama I prefer using the coupons I get in the mail. They may have some on their website. I'm not sure but kind of pricey for someone on a fixed income .a coupon works better for me.Everyone was nice,Helpful ,really clean place. Not just the second time but the first time as well thank you, kt
