Absolutely terrible. This location has gone so downhill. I ordered a blast, milkshake, 2 pretzels and caramel bites (on doordash) When i received my order, no cheese sauce in the bag. 1 pretzel, caramel bites? nope. none. My chocolate milkshake? vanilla.
I called the store, the manager I spoke to was so rude to me on the phone when I brought this issue to her attention and hung up on me.
This isn’t my first bad experience here, I won’t be going back to this location.

It was my 1st time there The strawberry milkshake was fantastic! I didn't know I had to order EVERYTHING Id wanted on my burger it came dry & minus the onions I'd originally ordered with it but the gal gave me mustard, ketchup & mayo packets to finish making my burger with.

9:10pm when to sonic drive in got 2 sonic blast cookie and 1 sonic blast Reese people these day don't even put whip cream or cherry on the sonic blast. If they can't do there job right then don't work there find another job

I ordered 2 bags of ice on Christmas Eve and there was a bug in one of the bags of ice. Yep, you heard me correctly! Absolutely disgusting! I will NEVER be getting a drink or a bag of ice from the Sonic in Millbrook ever again! If the ice had a bug, what the heck might be in the food items from their kitchen? 😬

All I ordered was an orange cream slush and It took them nearly 20 minutes to bring it out to me. Which would be fine had they been busy When I got it I there was orange syrup all over the outside of the cup luckily I had some napkins already in my car because they didnt give me any and it was horrible. If you are not familiar with the orange cream slush it normally tastes just like and orange cream cickle . I'm not sure how you even mess up a slushy but I took 2 sips and threw it away. It barely had any ice cream in it at all and the syrup was so thick and strong !!! It looked like they had just put milk in it. It wasn't thick at all . I'm just glad I didn't order anything to eat. Will not be going back to this location

I'm going to start by saying I spent 60.00 dollars here. The fries were cold. The tots were cold. I got a bacon burrito was more tortilla than anything. I got a burger that had an odd taste, like if food poison had a taste,that's what it would taste like. If I could give 0 stars I would. It was a complete waste of money

Service is trash. My power was out a few weeks ago so I brought my kids here around 9pm just to get out of the hot house and get some drinks. I pulled in the empty parking lot and pressed the button and it just beeped until they shut off the call. Looked at me thru the window and then sat down and didn’t get back up. I pulled out and went to millbrook and got food and drinks within 5 minutes of pulling in. This location sucks.
