I ordered 2 bags of ice on Christmas Eve and there was a bug in one of the bags of ice. Yep, you heard me correctly! Absolutely disgusting! I will NEVER be getting a drink or a bag of ice from the Sonic in Millbrook ever again! If the ice had a bug, what the heck might be in the food items from their kitchen? 😬

All I ordered was an orange cream slush and It took them nearly 20 minutes to bring it out to me. Which would be fine had they been busy When I got it I there was orange syrup all over the outside of the cup luckily I had some napkins already in my car because they didnt give me any and it was horrible. If you are not familiar with the orange cream slush it normally tastes just like and orange cream cickle . I'm not sure how you even mess up a slushy but I took 2 sips and threw it away. It barely had any ice cream in it at all and the syrup was so thick and strong !!! It looked like they had just put milk in it. It wasn't thick at all . I'm just glad I didn't order anything to eat. Will not be going back to this location

The food was not good. So disappointed. Service was great though. Its getting to look like an old drive thru that will be closed down soon. Definitely needs a refreshing inside and out

I'm going to start by saying I spent 60.00 dollars here. The fries were cold. The tots were cold. I got a bacon burrito was more tortilla than anything. I got a burger that had an odd taste, like if food poison had a taste,that's what it would taste like. If I could give 0 stars I would. It was a complete waste of money

Service is trash. My power was out a few weeks ago so I brought my kids here around 9pm just to get out of the hot house and get some drinks. I pulled in the empty parking lot and pressed the button and it just beeped until they shut off the call. Looked at me thru the window and then sat down and didn’t get back up. I pulled out and went to millbrook and got food and drinks within 5 minutes of pulling in. This location sucks.

Updated 8/1/2024: Forgot how bad this place is and went again. This time they really butchered a BLT. Bread was cold, toasted, tough and not cut when served. Couldn’t find the bacon till it fell apart cutting it. Very little Mayo if any. Just bad. Now the shake was pretty good. Why do all the joints Millbrook Alabama suck so bad? Just came home with the bacon double cheeseburger. Worst tasting burger I ever ate. Could not finish it. Something was wrong, either bad cheese or the burgers were nasty, not sure which.
My slushie with nerds ALSO had chocolate chunks in it. This is the second time this has happened a this location. The workers just dgaf anymore.

On June 6 ,2024 about 3pm . Chili cheese dogs had barely any chili on them, barely any cheese. Fries tastes so bad because the grease they are fried in tastes burnt.

This sonic needs a complete restart! Food was all wrong! The only thing that was even half way ok was the burger. VERY greasy in OLD grease at that. We asked for regular cheese tots and a Chilli cheese coney. We got Chilli cheese tots and a regular hotdog with just ketchup and mustard. Not that it mattered anyway we couldn't eat it because of just old grease taste and it was swimming in grease. They charge way too much money for food this bad.
