Milkshake wasn't Blended good and they poked a hole in the bottom of the cup and the hamburger was not cooked well and very sloppily wrapped and thrown into the bag with a tater tots upside down in there

Employees outside talking with their friends that pull up when it was super busy. Took 30 minutes to get one drink and the runner girl was flicking off her fellow employee where all customers could see. The whole place needs to a restart. Probably the worst fast food place in town. I would never recommend this sonic. Drive to the Millbrook one.

Food was horrible and so was the service. I did not open any of the food until I got home over 20 minutes away. Burnt and very small pieces of bacon and eggs on our toasters. We eat these fairly often from Eastchase and have never had a bad sandwich there. The Millbrook location has horrible food and employees.

We,saw 1.99 milkshakes advertised on tv, took grand daughter, No 1.99 milkshakes, but the sonic ice cream drinks were half price?..they were very good..its outside car dining, bring to car ...it was ok as far as this type of fining..with those ice cream drinks being only 1.99 but not hving what was,advertised on tv, wellWe might hve left otherwise...good service,Tasty ice cream treats, not going for burgers, tasteless like card board

The staff is very rude including Katelyn and Christen the managers on dirty. The food was awful cold tater tots, foot long chili dogs prepared wrong and milkshakes half full overcharged on order and fills drinks full of ice with barely and drink in cup. Don't deserve one star

40$ for fast food is insane when you get your food and the grease is old, the food isnt hot and the so called fried pickles were as mushy as my cinnamon apples. Attached a photo of my pickle fries handed to me less than 5 minutes before photo was taken. Just took a photo and tossed the heap of old grease.
