they never fail to disappoint... they care ab that drive through timer wayyyy too much and i'm always waiting SO long for a taco so sad I cry... after parking in the front for 20 minutes too:(

I ordered through DoorDash and waited for two hours and lost three different drivers and eventually had to drive all the way there to get my own food and they were rude acting like I was the problem when I asked about my order. Never answered the phone once so I could ask about the order also. Awful service needs new management.

Please remove your store from DoorDash. The 40 plus minute wait times are unacceptable and I will be calling your corporate office about this. Also the employees that touch food and then the outside doors are gross. This place needs to be shut down

INCOMPETENCE AT IT'S FINEST! Keep in mind not a single person inside and only one car ahead of me at the drive thru. When I finally get to the speaker, I get "Hold Please" which lasted for a good 5-10 minutes. Once I finally place my order, I get to the window, pay for my food, and then get told to drive around front and they will bring it out. 15 minutes later a guy walks out looking like he doesn't even want to be there walking sluggishly playing on his phone, says "Whachuhave" and proceeds to give me my food without any Thank You or anything. Absolute incompetence at this place! 3 or 4 people working inside, nobody eating inside, and a ridiculous wait for nothing. This place needs better management and employees! I could have slaughtered a cow, processed the meat, and made my own tacos faster than the service of this dump!

I came threw drive threw at 615 tonight ordered 6 soft tacos they made me pull to a parking spot .5 mins later they brought me my food didn’t say nothing just handed it to me and walked away then I pull a taco out to find just cheese on a soft taco shell and all 5 of the other tacos I started to eat and the meat and shell was cold .like I paid for hot tacos not cold tacos

this taco bell is terrible. we were picking up a door dash order and waited an hour for the food. while waiting, another customer came inside with food she ordered from the drive thru. The food was incorrect/had something wrong with it. when she asked the employee to remake it, the employee laughed in her face and proceeded to take 20 minutes to remake one item. the worst taco bell experience EVER
