Me and my sister came through and ordered two chicken grilled cheese burritos one flaming hot and one normal the employee who both took our order and handed Us the food was more than likely high because they gave us one grilled cheese burrito and one spicy cantina chicken burrito which isn't what we ordered not to mention the rice in the grilled cheese burrito was barely cooked I don't recommend going here If you really want taco bell you should go to a different location or cut your losses and go to the Jack's or Popeyes next to it.

I asked for no sour cream and no Pico due to Allergies. They left the sour cream off but the dish had pico covering all the chicken. I tried reaching out but the listed phone number does not work. So not able to communicate with the store about the issue is why they only get 1 star for service. I do not recommend this Taco Bell especially if you have food allergies. That was money, time and food wasted 😞

Within the Prattville Millbrook area there are 3 taco bells that I have eaten at all frequently. This taco bell is unfortunately the worst. I understand that they probably have the highest volume of customers but my food orders have continuously had something wrong with them as well as every doordash order I have received from them.

This Taco Bell is unbelievable, said only can do 1 order at the drive thru , I have worked in fast food you can do 2 seperate orders at a time plus their were not anybody in the drive thru they were slow I was the only one there so I will not go to this Taco Bell ever again no matter how hungry o am for tacos

they never fail to disappoint... they care ab that drive through timer wayyyy too much and i'm always waiting SO long for a taco so sad I cry... after parking in the front for 20 minutes too:(

I ordered through DoorDash and waited for two hours and lost three different drivers and eventually had to drive all the way there to get my own food and they were rude acting like I was the problem when I asked about my order. Never answered the phone once so I could ask about the order also. Awful service needs new management.

Please remove your store from DoorDash. The 40 plus minute wait times are unacceptable and I will be calling your corporate office about this. Also the employees that touch food and then the outside doors are gross. This place needs to be shut down
