I have always loved Waffle House, but my receipt is so confusing with little explanation. I walked in to place an order to go. Not busy at all. Food price combined with no explanation and does not match menu? Service Charge?Togo fee?

OMG I have found the right time to eat at Waffle House. Anytime after 9:00 p.m. on Monday or Tuesday the night shift. The food was so so good that we gave the cook a tip. I believe in all my years of eating at the waffle House I have never had my food taste as good as it did. Make sure you eat what the Bec is cooking! The service was also great ask for Olivia she was very attentive, and courteous. The atmosphere was great. If I could give them more than five stars I would. I mean it you need to really stop by and try eating there when Bec is cooking. I have decided that's when I'm going to go and only when Bec is the cook.

Went into waffle house this morning and my check was $41.80 and I left a $10 tip (which was to much because the service sucked) they charged $61.80. So I'm guessing the $10 wasn't enough and I got charged $61.80. There is no way of calling up there because no one even answers the phone anymore. I guess I'm going to have to call the corporate office on Monday to get this resolved. This is ridiculous

DO NOT GO HERE , This place deserves zero stars it’s a big no for me now. I’m a frequent eater for Waffle House . Tonight ordered hash brown with chili , cheese , and onion . That’s it . My order was wrong not twice but three times . About 5 minutes after I ordered apparently our servers daughter begins shouting at her and barking at her front and center well that took 10 to 15 minutes. So I asked the cook if the lady was always this way and he stated that’s her daughter. The daughter ought to be FIRED she aweful even to customers. The food was nasty which NEVER HAPPENS so I loaded it with salt because I’d done been through all this just for some hash browns. And yes I paid for it even after all of that and was not offered and apology , discount , nothing ! I still tipped my server aka the mother due to her persistence on making sure I was take. Care of and told her as she was visibly upset that none of this was her fault . And let’s not forget while she was trying to check me out the same daughter stepped in telling her mother she could wait. I said that’s fine it’s not like I’ve not been her for over an hour with 3 almost 4 wrong orders.

I ordered a T-bone steak medium, with Texas toast, and double order of hashbrowns with onions and jalapeños. The T-bone was not seasoned and the hashbrowns were missing onions and jalapeños. I paid $19.51 and tipped $5.00 on my to go order.
My waiter was extremely nice and friendly. My meal could of been a lot better but the service I received was great.

It's 7:30pm on a Thursday. Should have walked out when all the tables were cleaned off but not wiped down. So we got it to go. I'm eating it because I paid for it and dint feel like driving back from montgomery But my raisin toast is white toast and look at my hashbrowns. They taste burnt. If you get distracted instead of sending burnt food out the door just say I'm sorry there was a mistake and we are remaking it right now. Sorry for the inconvenience. With the prices you pay this is unacceptable.
Been a long time since visiting a WH. Prices have definitely risen with the times. Food, was delicious, grill cook experienced and fun to watch. Waitress very attentive, smiled and had conversation. Just what made us feel at home.

My Texas bacon egg cheese sandwich was so greasy I had to eat it w/o the toast. My suggestion is maybe either dab the bacon or try to get some of the grease off before placing on sandwich. Otherwise our everything else was ok.
