Never give napkins or utensils, customer service is bland.

The only problem was I ordered a peach tea, and the syrup wasn't mixed, but it was an easy fix.

Doors close promptly at 8pm. No option in app to swap from in-store pickup to curbside. Instead of 8 wings I got 5, no fork included and just strange vibe from drive thru personnel. Typically app feedback goes no where to make things right.

Parking: Don't park near the door else you may not be able to get out with drive thru like blockage. Always double check your take out bag for sauces, plastic ware, accuracy and napkins

Ordered Zensation salad, extra egg rolls, Big Chicken Meal. Only got 2 chicken strips. Door Dash tip automatically charged $9. Will not order through door dash again. A $48 mistake.

Great chicken. They seem too in a hurry to have you pull forward though, even when there aren't any cars in line behind you. But the tenders are always fresh and hot

Although my food was great and it came out in a timely fashion I came today around noon and I went through the drive through the cashier reeked of alcohol. I am very disappointed in management for allowing this cashier to work even tho he was under the influence

Just check your sauces this particular zaxbys is stingy with sauces for some reason. Asked for extra and they don’t give none and will argue through the drive thru about it. Won’t be back to this zaxbys 3rd time it’s happened.

Good food and the best drive through service I've experienced in a long time. Their team is really great.

Never seen a rude employee till today. Lady wouldn't take off purse was rude to customers asking (what else). Love their food but lady with purse needs new additude. Will make sure she's not working when I go back.
Update 1-25

I went back. 3 smallest pieces of chicken and 5 lbs of French fries for 10.00 and awful tasting bread. Well you have lost my business for good. Maybe Bo jangles, will be better.
I must say it was a pleasure for first couple of years but has gone down hill in 2 years.

Just got home with my food. 5 wings and 3 fingers. I got screwed on the boneless wings. Won't be back there anymore.

For the 2nd or 3rd time, I have not received my complete order. Items, specifically an entire meal, were left off. Going inside with a large order doesn't ensure accuracy, as I hoped it might. I despise the drive thru anyway, but I don't think either is a good option here. Traffic generally backs up out of the parking lot during major meal times and you can't escape a regular parking spot near the door, thus necessitating a place in the rear if you want to order to go, inside. I don't know if it is generally this way, but tonight 3 different employees were visited by apparent non-customer friends, while my family and I waited patiently for our food. It was a disaster and a half. It felt as if we didn't matter as a customer and the employees couldn't care less about ensuring the customer is happy. I have excused this behavior as a COVID result for far too long. That ends now. I will NEVER spend my money here again and recommend others avoid it as well.

Rude! I haven't seen a group of individuals whose job it is to serve others with less personality. Tim seemed to be the only person there, glad to be helpful. Front area appeared dirty. Had to leave the drive thru to go in and place an order.
