Ordered chicken bacon ranch fries with a side of buffalo garlic sauce. Had basically no sauce in the container. Also no chicken on the fries. Waited 20 minutes to have dinner ruined.

Really starting to hate coming to this place, you need your location restaffed. One guy running the front counter and bagging orders cause he can't get help while you have other employees just standing around. He needs a raise

At one point in time, Zaxby’s was on par with Chick-fil-A when it came to employees……. That is clearly not the standard anymore, especially at the Prattville location

Every Wednesday after Bible study my family and I try to let this be our stop dinner, but they never have salads and tonight the young was very rude taking the order and very impatient. They have no customer service etiquette

Ordered food at the speaker and everything was fine. Get up to the window and they changed our order from 2 Five Piece plates to a Five and a Four Piece. When I asked the woman at the window she said she rang it up fine and the food was there. Looked at the order and we had a Four piece instead of our second Five piece. When we told her we didn't order a Four piece she waved us off and ignored us. Will not come back after such rude service.

OK, I am from Illinois and my kids LOVE Zaxby's. Whenever we drive on I-65 to Fort Walton Beach we stop at this particular location. The food is awesome... everyone knows that already. This place is special because the staff are always so nice and hospitable. It holds a special place in our hearts, so I have to give them props for doing a killer job. Please open locations in Illinois- my 4 children will eat there every day if given the opportunity LOL

Never give napkins or utensils, customer service is bland.
The only problem was I ordered a peach tea, and the syrup wasn't mixed, but it was an easy fix.
