We took over a huge table as a party of 7 and Jenna accommodated us beautifully! Her pleasing personality was refreshing and she helped to kick off our vacation with a bang! Our food was tasty, reasonably priced and freshly made. Emanuel came out from the kitchen to check on us and he went over and beyond to make our meal enjoyable!

Jenna was our waitress for dinner. She made many recommendations that were spot on! We stopped in for their buffet breakfast and once again we were well pleased. The biscuits and gravy were awesome!

Rooms are damp, a/c is poor, had a hole in the wall (I could see out of) next to the a/c unit a small bird could probably worm its way in with. Water piddles running out of the room w/the ice machine soaking the hall/room carpeting. Big loud blower running 24/7 out in the hallway to try and dry it out. Broken glass whiskey bottles, rotting food, some woman's dirty panties and even a blown-out flat tire and rim all laying in the parking lot. Exposed wiring in the elevator controls and a "p*ss-off" attitude from the desk. If I owned this place and Hell? I'd rent this place out and live in Hell.

No happy hour .

The one thing you can usually count on while staying at a Holiday Inn is consistency. This location however was a bit different. First, the staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room were clean (as far as it could be). The breakfast was ok. Though they ran out of orange juice, pancakes (or just didn't refill them). However, the room I was in was very dated. The carpets and bathroom floor were a bit tattered and stained. There was a single mini-bar of soap provided for the sink and shower and a mini bottle of shampoo and conditioner. I thought mini-bottles went away, but they are alive and well at this Holiday Inn. The wall sported empty brackets were a painting once hung. The remote for the small tv was taped together with scotch tape. There were no lights in the main room other than a couple of bedside lights and a small desk lamp, making the room very dark. I found a single USB charging port on the backside of the desk lamp. There was no clock or alarm in the room and obvious missing furniture as demarked by carpet indentations. All in all, I've seen a lot better. I've been in many Holiday Inns in the past few years, but this is the worst by far. Nothing egregious, but several small things that make the stay less optimal.

Beautiful, clean hotel with wonderful, helpful staff. When we had to wait 10 minutes to check in due to another person (insisted on a cheaper rate and left without getting a room) , they gave us a voucher for a free breakfast for our family. Hotel was quiet and we got a great night’s sleep.

I need to clarify that I'm a "Dimond Elite" IHG member & stay with this brand when I'm traveling on business. Gving this a two rating is generous. My company booked me a room here for 7 days as a curiosity, thinking they were doing me a favor. My room was dirty, hand prints on the ceiling above the bed, and had a strange disinfectant smell. Room service was spotty, never made the bed, toiletries & coffee were never replenished. Front desk informed me that these items need to be requested. I switched over to the Holiday Inn Express next door and received a room that was 100% better in every way. I would think twice before staying here. Much better options than this location.

We came to this hotel on Saturday, September 17, 2022 trying to stay at the same hotel as family for a wedding that weekend. I checked in & was given rm 211, after getting unloaded & getting in the room the Lysol sanitizing commenced. While spraying, I noticed brownish/orange & black stains on the lamp shade. After looking closer the we determined the black stains were mold all around it. We started looking further & noticed spots on the ceiling that had actual water peaks ready to drop down. I immediately went to the front desk & complained.this was a big issue due to me being allergic to mold. I was given an apology & told there had been a leak & that all rooms had been taken out of commission that were affected. I was then given rm 219 & apologized to again. I decided to check out rm 219 before moving any luggage to it. We still had family that were not checked in yet. After turning on the light in the new room I noticed small black spots on the wall. I followed them & found bigger ones, that looked to had been painted over. I then went to the lamp shade to inspect it, I noticed nothing at first. Then I turned it around & saw mold on the back of it. I let everyone know that we were leaving after storming out we noticed 2 dehumidifiers at either end of the hallway. We then called our remaining family to let them know. The lady that helped us was nice & assured us that moving to another floor may help. She also tried saying the cleaning manager had recently quit. I told her that that wasn’t recent mold. We declined & asked for a full refund. While waiting on the refund I noticed a leak near the front desk off to the side. We were able to get a room at another hotel. We stayed outside until the rest of our family got there. They decided to take a chance on a higher up floor, 5th to be exact. They checked in & left to go get dinner. Never stepping foot into the room. Upon retiring later that night, they were tired & went to sleep with low lighting in 2 separate rooms. Only to wake at 6 in the morning turning lights on full blast & seeing a water patch on the ceiling & rust/mold on the lamp shade in one room & a black painted over spot in the other. This hotel needs to be condemned. It’s an old building, where the lobby has tried to be updated, but it needs extensive cleaning & repairs.

Not enough choices at all. Went here because we were staying at the hotel so we came down for dinner and ended up leaving to go elsewhere. The online menu looks great but get to the place and they have almost nothing from the online menu. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is the server was great . Will go back if they add too the menu.

Absolutely filthy! Room had not been cleaned that thet tried to put me in. Air conditioner would not keep up and no power on one complete side of the room. So bad they didn’t even bother removing dirty washrags from previous guest! Immediately checked back out and ask for refund. Checked in next door at the Holiday Inn Express to find it nearly as nasty.

We stayed here because we had our dog with us. $50 fee. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful getting us settled in. We had dinner in the restaurant. Meh. The night was restful, no adverse events. The beds were comfy, . TV was confusing, but we did not have time to watch anything. The bathroom was updated, however the phone plug would not stay in the socket. We went to breakfast in the restaurant but had to walk out because of service. The hotel is very dated. Staying elsewhere on our return trip. .

The bartender at this bar needs a bit more educational on forms of identification. She wasn’t going to serve me because my license stated “Not for federal use” which has nothing to do with the purchase of alcohol. She looked at me and stated “I can loose my job” even though she sold alcohol to my step dad which had the same thing on his Kentucky drivers license. It was way to expensive to top it all off.
