I want to start off by saying I usually love 7brew! Any location aside from this one, that is. Today, I waited in the line for an hour before my order was taken. Not because the line was horrendously long, but because the vehicle 2 cars ahead of me had a 25 drink order. Their order was not the problem, the way the employees handled it was. The vehicle remained at the handout area for 45 minutes while the cars ahead of me and behind me did not have our orders taken at all. At one point, I called out to the brewista in the other lane asking if there was a way to merge lanes since it was taking so long. She (blonde ponytail, I was not able to get her name) told me it was my fault because I picked this lane. She spoke very rudely. When I picked lanes, they were the same length, had I known such a large order was ahead of me, rest assured I would have picked the other lane. If I were the manager of this location, I would call for a one-on-one meeting with this particular employee. She certainly does not meet the 7brew standards of sharing kindness. Finally, the vehicle up front had their orders taken handed out and as I approached the handout station, my order was taken. I mentioned to D (that’s what the young man said his name was) that I was very baffled by this situation and curious as to why they did not ask the vehicle to pull to the side. He said, “that’s not how we do it here.” Okay, maybe you need to consider it then. I have worked in customer service myself (at Starbucks) and I understand that some customers requests/complaints can be difficult. Therefore, I was polite in expressing my frustrations. I asked for the manager’s number and was told they didn’t have one to give out, so I’m posting this now as well as contacting headquarters. I do not think it is asking for much to have a rule of thumb that if a vehicle places a large order, they either need to be parked off to the side and notified that it will take a bit longer, or give cars in that lane the opportunity to merge into the other lane. Over 30 vehicles passed by my lane. Totally unacceptable and not at all how a business should be run. Yellowhammer, Starbucks, Dunkin, and even CircleK are better options featuring service that cares. All this being said, I do hope management will take this into account and place protocols to avoid a situation like this in the future.

This 7 Brew location is nothing short of excellent! The staff are always the sweetest. They will definitely joke with you which is such a good part of my day. I never have to wait in super long lines they are so tentative to how their store is run

Got stuck behind a person who ordered for seven minutes straight. I counted. The employees need to learn to push people through their orders instead of talking. Not like I could leave either since you get stuck in their drive through. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of my time.

7 brew is my favorite coffee place and I’ve tried a lot of coffee shops. They are always consistent and friendly. I get the iced blondie with caramel drizzle but there’s so many other flavors I love too.

Went through the drive through around 5:30PM. Ordered a simple iced cinnamon roll with Carmel drizzle and cold foam. Waited around 10 minutes for my drink (I was the second person in line) and got my large drink and it had no cold foam or carmel drizzle.. & if your like me that’s what makes the drink so I was a little disappointed.

So disappointed. I used to come here all the time and the kids were great! And the coffee tasted absolutely great. However, it seems as if they have some new people and they're rude and dismissive. Also my coffee has tasted bad the last few times I have been there. Usually, when I'm on the go I don't have time to turn around for them to fix it. I have one more freebie to use and that will probably be my last time going there. But I hope they fix any issues they may have and wish them well in the future. It definitely has great potential.

I want to start by saying that I literally come to Seven Brew just about every day. This morning, I went to redeem my free drink, and I was told that “I don’t have a free drink available” because it wasn’t showing on their tablet that I DO have a free drink available. I waited in your line for almost 30 minutes for this, was told “I don’t have a free drink” and when I showed that I do and there’s clearly some sort of error in the system, was told “you’re not getting a free drink today” while the girl taking my order walked away with A SMIRK on her face. I watched her walk away and laugh about me to her teammates! And when I asked for a manager she said “I’m the shift lead on duty”! I then asked to speak to the store manager and she said “she’s not here” and refused to tell me when she would be. I’ve been a loyal customer and have spent literally hundreds of dollars at this location since it opened. I left with NOTHING after wasting nearly half an hour of my time sitting in line. On top of this the blatant, smug disrespect I was given was completely unwarranted and I was left genuinely with a sick feeling in my stomach. As someone who also works in the customer service industry; I’m not sure what the problem was or if your employee was just having a bad day and wanted to take it out on someone but this absolutely ruined my morning and she truly and honestly left me feeling like trash. I just wanted my free coffee. Even if it was a system error, she could have at least been nice about it. Instead she was unbelievably rude, inconsiderate, and mean. Ironically y’all’s slogan supposed to be “cultivating kindness”. I never cause an issue and up until now visiting this location has been a comfort for me and part of my DAILY routine but from now on, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Almost didn’t stop due to the line but I come almost every day and didn’t want to drive home for coffee. Both of the lanes were backed to the street, I’d guess 15 in each lane. Got in line and left in less than 10 minutes! I’d guess about 7 in totally and boy the lady in the car in front of me seemed to order forever. I think she had like 6 things. Coffee was good, took the rec of the girl taking my order and tried something different that I’ll definitely get again. A red haired girl apologized about the wait and let me have my drink for free due to a WiFi issue or something to do with a new system I’m not too sure, but she was helping fix it and then refused to let me pay when I came back the next morning. Took me by surprise that she even remembered the new drink I had tried and asked me about it.I never leave reviews but this time they really upped the game. I will not go anywhere else now.

Music was fun, kids were outside in costume, and having a great time. We get coffee here a lot but today the girl taking my order was dressed as a pickle and super nice! You can tell this team enjoys themselves and shows it. Never had drink issues they didn’t fix with a smile and will always come back here instead of anything closer to the house.
