Applebee's Express - Mobile Alabama

Service was fast and very good, some of my chicken was burned, as if they grill was not clean when they cooked it. Other than that, it was ok.

AMAZING!!!! ordered the oriental chicken salad and for the FIRST TIME EVER MY CHICKEN WAS FULLY COOKED!!!!!Not only was my salad GREAT, but service was awesome!!!!Btw it is also a sit down and dine in or outdoor. NOT just TO GO.??? WILL BE BACK!!!!!!

Everyone was very helpful and super friendly, ESPECIALLY Brooke! We came in kind of late, and somewhat expected to be greeted with “not so happy personnel”.This was not the case. We were greeted with smiles and very cheery customer service.Food was quick and they had all my Applebee’s favorites.We will definitely be back!

I haven’t eaten my food yet, I ordered the chicken fettuccine. I just looked at it and first, there’s sauce that looks like leaked out of the side of the container. Doesn’t look to be much sauce on the actual fettuccine. Some of the noodles are stuck together like they’re old and some look dark in areas, like they were scorched while they were sitting up waiting for an order for them to come in. Secondly, when you order on the website, it says it comes with a garlic breadstick that was nowhere to be found. When I called the store, they said they don’t serve bread there. Well maybe it shouldn’t be on the site that it comes with it. Won’t order again, it’s quite upsetting when restaurants misrepresent what they’re “supposedly” offering and you end up getting an old, sloppy, dry mess that you paid for, but you expected better. Guess I expected too much. Wish I could post pictures....

Food and service was good but was sweltering. It was too hot inside to enjoy my meal.

I order curbside pick up only to wait 20 minutes to be told they didn't offer it and that it was corporates fault as to why they are still advertising they do. Shameful and miss leading especially during this time.

Great food need to listen when you say no seasoning on the fries but overall a great experience. Also glad to see the staff wearing mask and protective manners that keep my family safe.

Hate that Applebee's closed in mobile but was extremely happy when they opened the express and we were able to get our favorite dish again
