This Arby’s is horrible. Today makes the second time we have went to this Arby’s for a replacement order. Talked to the GM and both times we go up there her very rude employee tells us they don’t replace orders that they ain’t doing that and that I have to come back. We are 20 minutes from there. I talked to the GM today who I told I got off after 5 pm and she said she would be there and if she wasn’t to tell the employee to call her. The employee “supposedly” called...read full review

Arby's is a clean and wheelchair-accessible restaurant. The staff is friendly and professional, with Sylvana being a pleasant person. The food is consistently hot and fresh, and delicious. The new small sizes of the cups are insanely small; the LG Strawberry Lemonade cup size was a rip-off.
