Fries were hard and old. Asked for horsey and Arby’s sauce… got none didn’t even give me a straw for my drink nor did I get my cherry turnover. Sandwich was dry. I spent way to much on my order for old and missing food

I just ordered the Big Cheesy Bacon Burger this evening, and I requested that it be made WELL DONE. When my burger was given to me by the employee, I was told it was "well done." By the time I got home to eat it the meat was still reddened on the inside!! I don't know what this restaurant's definition of well done is!! I don't think I'll be ordering any burgers from this restaurant anymore ?

The restaurant was very clean. The restroom as well. They had a Christian radio station on which I felt was pleasant instead of always hearing rap or etc …
