UPDATE - Oct. 2025 - The French Dip should be called French Rip.
There wasn't much meat at all. Plenty of bread. I won't order that again.
Their fish sandwich meal is really good.
Now they have different types of fish sandwiches.

One worker sitting there scrolling on her phone when we walk in and doesn’t even acknowledge us. Another comes up to take our order. Order was made wrong. Worker then argued about what we ordered vs what we got. Remade the order. Go to leave and an employee was driving the wrong way through a clearly marked one way parking lot and almost hit my car. Get home and thought my order would be right this time since we had to argue about what it was and nope, wrong order again. Waste of $36. Will never return. There’s a reason the place is empty every time we drive by. Lesson learned.

I order the hamburger I bite in my hamburger it was pink I took it back and they said that how they cook it. she says I got let them know if I want it cook all the way and she can't cook another that's poor customer service . They should have asked me do I want it cook all the way some people don't know they prepare it like that.

I was in the Drive Thru attempting to order a meal and the woman taking the order was mumbling so bad I couldn't understand what she was saying. I asked a question if she got the modification I wanted for the sandwich and she yelled at me with attitude. I get to the window and find out her name is Angela. Not only did she have bad manners and unprofessional attitude but she double charged me for fries and mozzarella sticks instead of just the mozzarella sticks. I won't be going back if this is the service standard that's accepted by this chain.

I had the very best experience tonight at this location. After a horrible day at work, I just wanted quick food so my pup and I went through the drive thru at about 8:45 on 7-25-25. I didn't get names but the lady in the drive thru was amazing. I let her know I didn't want really sweet lemonade and she hand made it perfectly. She and the other lady she was working with were fast, extremely nice to me and my pup, and the food was hot fresh and really good. Thank yall for making my night 100% better.

Very poor management on the manager on nights she fixed my Philly steaks on 07/07/25 the night before with cheese and meat and had an attitude when I asked to replace order tonight 07/08/25 and refused to replace the cold fries they buts it’s ok karma will not be pretty for her. I feel that she really hate her job I fault Arby’s for making such poor choices on who they move up. I will not be eating here after today unless Arby’s reaches out to me directly to make this right
Walked into the store and stood in what I thought was a line. The guy ahead of me they gave him his food and walked off. Wait several minutes. with employees passing me by and never acknowledging. I didn’t ask anybody walking by. How do I order? She said I ain’t got no drawer. I said does that mean you’re closed she then raise her voice at me and said what do you mean we’re closed. I said well I’m trying to place an order and no one will acknowledge me. I said I have no drawer. And which one I told her I would just go somewhere else and notify the management. She said a few of the smart things and I left.
This is not the first time I have been in the store and treated badly. Most of the time you come in the employees are sitting at tables with their phones, plugged in headphones on watching movies and their kids running around the store.
I guess it’s my fault for even going back to the store. I would advise anyone not to go there or patronize until they can change management and clean up some of the employees attitudes.
Like I told her you could’ve at least acknowledged me and say it’ll be just a minute or shift changing But they just looked at me and kept walking

It's a typical Arby's. Never had any issues with the service or quality.
The dining area is usually clean but nothing fancy.
