The overall enviroent was quaint, rather quiet, and incredibly clean. Just a smidgen cold though. The bathroom was cleaned and well stocked.
Overall, if you want some good Thai food in a great atmosphere in Mobile, AL, Aroy Thai is your place!

This was a terrible experience for me and my coworkers. The manager, Joe, forgot to give me half of my order.I called the facility to let them know and was advised to come back. Once I arrived back to the store to pick up the rest of the order Joe then proceeded to tell me he knew he packaged my order correctly and already gave it to us when it was originally picked up. I told him he did not and that is why I had to come back to the store. He was extremely rude, boldly telling me in front of customers that I LIED and still refused to give me what we had purchased. He then called me after I had arrived back to my place of business stating that he had found the rest of my order and I would need to return for the 3rd time to the store WITH MY RECEIPT for the order he admitted to losing. I told him I would like a refund instead but he stated that I would still need to return back to the store WITH MY RECEIPT to receive a refund for items he admitted to finding. Very unpleased with my experience with Joe and the missing/found items.

Stop by on my way to New Orleans and wow! We ordered the pho, fried Rice and house salad. Every was fresh and tasty, the portions were huge and the service was 5 stars! Highly recommend this place

I go here frequently. The pad Thai is delicious. Lots of tofu options available to replace meats. Last night I had the spring rolls and the crispy tofu. It was filling and delicious!
I had the most horrible experience ever it started out I just ordered medium Mango curry I picked it up went back to the house. My husband and I just got done working in the yard excited about having our lunch.from Aroy We took one bite. It was so hot, we could not eat it. It was pineapple instead of mango so I called. I told him about it and I was coming back thinking that they would exchange it since there was only one bite missing. However, the manager, whom been there for years Acted like it was my fault. I was soft spoken and kind. Very kind about the whole deal. all I wanted was mango curry and he sat there and drilled me about how his cashier took my order and had no intention on replacing my food at all. I have never in all my 60 years. Have I ever been treated so rudely at any restaurant in my life so I told him if it was that big of a deal he could just keep it I can go home and make my own curry. And will never go back to the restaurant again

We were surprised by how delicious their food was! We ordered three different foods to share, which were all amazing! 😍 We especially loved their shrimp fried rice and eggplant stir-fries, and we would like to come back to try another.
