I enjoyed brunch here today for Easter and had the steak chimichurri. It was beyond delectable. A large portion of Gouda grits with two poached eggs, surrounded by perfectly cooked steak with chimichurri sauce. I even recommended it to another table on my way out. I had Christin as my waitress and she was absolutely delightful. Christian, Michelle and Madison were also working today and were so sweet! I’ll definitely be back soon and would recommend brunch or date night to anyone looking for a hip atmosphere with great personality. 10/10

Me and two other friends went to Ashland Pub yesterday for our monthly lunch; usually at a different local restaurant when possible. We hit the jackpot at ashland’s. Alex was our server and he was just the best. From entree recommendations, to checking on us and making us laugh and taking our picture. We also had delicious food. All three had the 2 slice pizza(all with different toppings)and Caesar salad. There was another young man working with Alex whose name we did not get, was also super attentive and nice. It was refreshing to have people who truly enjoy people and their jobs. We will definitely be back.

My brother came in from St. Louis so I wanted to take him out for some local fan favorite food and wow this place did not disappoint !! We went for Sunday brunch I had the eggs Benedict with crab cakes and omg it was over the top delicious!!! The bottomless poinsettia mimosas were great and the service was outstanding!! If I could give this place a standing ovation I most certainly would! Thank you - thank you - thank you!!!!

This was my first time at Ashland Midtown Pub and I can’t wait for the next time! We went in for Sunday brunch and it was delicious! The service was excellent and it’s the cutest place. The Memo Benedict was perfection. We’ll definitely be back soon to try it for dinner.

The place is small but a hidden gem. The food is superb and is brought to the table by the best serving staff I've ever been around. The quality of the food is unbelievable and so unexpected for a place so small. I highly recommend pretty much anything on the menu because it is all divine.

This place is ok but do not go by the prices listed here because the 13$ pasta I ordered over the phone for take out was 21$ before tip. If I had known the new prices I would have ordered the 15$ mahi sandwich and been able to tip better and feel better about the order. UPDATE THE MENU & PRICES! Edit; after I got home and opened my Togo box, that was not conecuh sausage and there were 5 crawfish and they were tiny and tasted like an old sneaker. Really disappointed.

This is the best brunch in Mobile. Hands down. It isn't just the creative menu or daily specials that will rock your socks... It isn't just that brunch is bottomless for 15 bucks... its that Christian has created an atmosphere of comfort. All your needs are met and you're never left wanting. 10/10 would recommend. It's my go to spot for Sunday brunch.

We have been here several times, each time the food and service has been excellent. Tonight in particular it was evident they were very overwhelmed and under staffed. Rachael and Christian still went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, working together as a team. Also want to shout out the kitchen staff for being able to keep up with high demand. We will definitely continue to come back.
This was my first and last experience with Ashland Midtown Pub. My friend suggested we go after work stating the food and drinks were great. He ordered ahead so when we got there it would be ready. When we walked in I have never been sooo uncomfortable, as you can tell my friend is caucasian, and the looks were like we were at a Trump Rally 🤦🏼♀️😵💫. We got a table and it took awhile for service . The Redhead young lady was not at all friendly (fake smile and all). She took our drink order ( which I felt rushed and when asked about their bar basically she was not helpful at all ). So after placing my drink order, I asked for two glasses of water. It took me requesting water four times ( and the last time she had a attitude about it after she passed our table and not once asked if we needed anything …they was not that busy)before she brought me the water, and the only reason why she did bring it was due to a another table came in with six gentlemen who only thing they could do is talk about politics very loudly(they were very conservative. I mean Trump conservative the things they were saying OMG, We were sitting right behind them, I felt very uncomfortable and when we received our pizza, it was not hot. It was tasty I must admit(the only bright spot) but when we requested to go boxes, only one was brought to the table when I requested another box she was like oh yeah, not together yes we’re together, but we were sharing a pizza, she went to the bar and was when I turned around you could tell that they were talking about us. I say all of this because I feel that this is not a African-American friendly pub and I’ve been to several,I would never go back and spend my money for a place where even the servers bartenders have a issue with interracial friendships and he’s my boss. 🤦🏼♀️😁We went for dinner after work and, we both felt so uncomfortable..So my culture this is not a place for African-Americans and if you were a Democrat liberal that is not the place foryou either

We ordered take out on a Friday for work. I ordered the Muffuletta. I’m very picky with my olives to meat ratio and they hit the mark. The bread was fresh and had just the right amount crunch from being toasted. I highly recommend them. The service was great and though we were in and out quickly (due to our order being a pick up), everyone was very pleasant. We will be back!
