TRASH!!! Used to be great. Great portions, great quality. But NOW, it's gone to hell! Maybe they should've stayed in the other location because now the ribs are thin and boney, mac and cheese is soupy just not like it once was. I went in and ordered a beer and it wasn't even cold. I hope they redeem themselves before they're gone out of business and it looks like that's where they're heading

I honestly try to find the positive in everything……… but this time I just couldn’t. My friends and I were so excited to try this place. Service and food was sooooooo disappointing. My friend ordered nachos and after almost an hour got tacos and the girl told her this is what they consider “nachos “.?

This was the first time I had been here and was'nt sure what quality of meal we were going to get. We had the very best Bar-B- Que ribs I have ever had in my life. I am 79 years old and I have had a lot of ribs in my lifetime. The staff was very friendly and served us quickly. A very good experience. We will go back.

Beautiful Soul
The new place is big and spacious. Love that they have a bar. The food is still delicious. I was pleased with my recent order. The ribs and chicken were good and moist.
Horrible experience. Went here last week. When i first came in my brother and i weren’t greeted. They asked for us not to sit too far because they “don’t feel Like walking all over the place “. Horrible atmosphere, no music, the cook was moved but i hate she had to take our order AND COOK IT, and serve us. Other guest who came in were not greeted and even left. Never again

Stopped by today for the first time and was VERY pleased with the service and my meal. I ordered the 3-meat dinner (ribs/sausages/chicken) with greens, yams, and a corn muffin. Soooo good! The serving was HUGE and the ribs were really good. The yams were a little too sweet (to me); but still delicious. The young lady that took my order was very nice. Will definitely be back to try other options. ????

I had a good experience at this restaurant. The food was good and the service was great. We didn't have to wait and waitress kind. I really like the way they have this restaurant setup with the monitors at the tables really makes the place look and feel comfortable. I give it a five stars.

I'd give the loop/midtown location 5/5 .. everything I've gotten there has been great! The Dauphin St. location is the problem. Waiting to be seated is a joke. No one bothers to greet you ..rather while customers were waiting to be seated about 4 or 5 employees were gathered around the bar laughing and talking rudely about a customer who had just left. As for the food, I heard the ribs were brought over from loop location. They were drenched in sauce. The potato salad wasn't seasoned at all. The yams were pitiful. I'll just stick with the take out at the Loop!

I got the rib Dinner with Baked beans and I also got a twice baked potato that was extremely tasty. I forgot to order my favorite good ole banana pudding but all the more reason to go back and eat soon. Highly recommend!
