Food was solid and came out quick. Kitchen gets a 5 star review. Burgers we ordered were cooked right and had good flavor. Apps were on point too. We came to watch a game so atmosphere fit what we were looking for. TV's everywhere! Service was worse than a 1 star but thats the lowest you can give. Hostesses clearly hate their job. Server was hungover or on something. Weird vibe overall. We waited 15 minutes to be sat in a 25% full building. Hostess and red shirt manager kept staring at us after we paid our bill with that "are you getting up" look. Clearly they needed the table. Issue was we there to watch a game. We were about to get up and then it went into overtime. Pretty funny. Was so awkward, but my wife said we're staying. I would imagine a sports bar would want patrons staying, drinking, and enjoying the game. Not here!

I wanted to take my husband out to have a good time normally when I come to the restaurant I have no problems but this particular night it was not good our server was kinda sweet but wasn't really responding to us I ask for a Arnold palmer and it tasted like sweet lemonade and they brought more lemonade and I told her about my drink she said she would bring me a tea out never got it then I wanted to add too my order she said well I just put your order in and I told her I was sorry a couple of times but she didn't even respond back like an attitude and she said she was going to tell them and sitting there waiting for my second order never did come to the table I was so upset ? how I was served didn't even want my food any more just ruined my whole night

We just spent over $70 on two hamburger steaks, mashed potatoes and one side fries and one had black beans and rice, plus a side of mashed potato’s and gravy, plus stuff for our child. Neither hamburger steak were inedible. Both burned on both sides. Gravy tasted burned. Fries were old and cold. Beans and rice were so over salted they couldn’t be eaten. All to the trash and all Door Dash did was give a $15 credit on a $70 loss of a meal. We were frequent customers both ordering out and eating in at the restaurant, but we will not be back after this. We work too hard for our money to throw it in the trash.

2 things make a good restaurant- good food and good service. My fiancé and I just moved here and EVERYTIME we have been here it has been a great experience, and Taylor at the bar is great. We have had her multiple times, because we usually end up sitting at the bar because it is so busy. Even with it being so busy, our food always comes out SUPER quick. But yeah GIVE TAYLOR A RAISE, she’s awesome

I don't remember the bartenders name but we were there February 3rd at around 8pm and she was amazing.... on top of everything with a smile. I was amazed at how one person could take care of all the people at the bar... over 20 people. I went to another place a few weeks ago and didn't even get a hello for at least 20 minutes. They had people behind the bar. I will be back I loved it there

I hope things will be better next time! I sat waiting for a long time just to order a beer.. I finally got a server to take my order, but she didn't seem very knowledgeable of the menu--all I wanted was a beer and 10 wings. Wings undercooked. But enjoyed the.beer. I'll give y'all another shot. But please get it together!

Armani was are server tonight best service i have ever have at a restaurant as soon as our sauce was a little to spicy he immediately got that taken care of! and always was at our table making sure everything was taken care of! can’t wait to go back definitely will be asking for him next

Came in for wings and gooey fries. The fries were old and the cheese did not look fresh at all. Brought them back in and asked for new ones- then realized they looked exactly the same. Fries were hard still and had a weird brown color and the cheese was not the bright color it usually is. Very disappointed. Perhaps the grease needed to be changed in the fryer-idk. Not worth the $16 i spent. Seems like the food price has gone up and quality has gone down.

Decided to go tonight. Ordered happy hour menu items at 5:57. HALF OFF happy hour till 6:00 right. WRONG. Told the waitress check was wrong and that it was full price. She immediately took it to the manager and the manager brought it back with $1.00 off each line item. WOW. What a joke. She knew it was half off and she didnt even care. It was a long day that started 0500 in New Orleans that we didn't even feel like arguing. Very disappointed in Bob Baumhowers. I don't know if I'll ever go back. BTY the waitress was on point. She was amazing.

Not only was the food budget friendly, and delicious, we had the best server. His name is Jason Harrison. He was super nice, funny, and knowledgeable. He never missed a beat with us. We will be back to see him next week.

The service was great and the food tasted awesome. My biggest complaint is my husband ordered the hamburger steak and upgraded to the 1lb for $4. When it arrived it was the same size has my 1/3 lb hamburger patty. When we asked the waitress she said that the 1lb burger always shrinks......so the 1lb shrinks to the size of a 1/3 lb but the 1/3 burger doesn't shrink at all?!? This just doesn't seem right. The only other thing was I ordered the sweet potato fries instead of the curly fries and did not get them. I had a bunch of little pieces of potato, no curlys to be seen and no sweet potato at all. The waitress offered to change them out but I would rather have a hot burger. This was our first visit but will consider coming back based on the food itself!
