I really enjoyed the patty melt today. That is not my go to, but had been encouraged by a team member to try it and I’m so glad I did. It was amazing. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and atmosphere pleasant. All in all a very nice experience.

There was only one person out of 4 people that was actually working. The other two guys were like in slow motion. The girl was in the back hiding. Other then that food was great onions are sliced a little too thick and were bigger then the patty they fell off. Also, fries were old.

The wait for our food was extremely long. All our burgers ( 5 ) were over cooked , BURNED, Crunchy, almost tastless. The bun was good. The fries were good. Not a good experience. I have diabetes and if had not waited so long for the food, I would not have eaten it. We have eaten here before and it was good. Tonight, there was an event ( that we did know about ) with the Azalea girls. It's obvious that your workers could not handle the crowd.

Normally a great place to eat but not today. Service was soooo slow and the restaurant was empty. Burgers were great. Chicken tenders and beignets were both burnt. I asked the employees to make another batch and they rolled their eyes at me. Once I finally got the new batch, they were exactly the same. They obviously haven't changed the frier oil in way too long. Things have slowly been getting less enjoyable here over the last year. Wont be back to this location.

I’m from out of a town and I always make it a point to stop here whenever I come to visit family.I visited here on December 29 between 8:11PM-8:44PM with my family. We ordered 12 beignets and they were subpar. The beignets differed in size between some being ideal/perfect as we can expect from Mo’Bay Beignets we have received in the past while others were thin and almost crunchy in texture. Disappointed to see that an order of twelve beignets differed so much between one another visually and that someone thought this was acceptable. On top of this, some of the beignets had a “sour” taste to them on a few bites. This was not a pleasant surprise but hopefully is only a one-off incident. Overall, some of the beignets were excellent, some were not good but I had a good time with my family here. This is not a must-stop place anymore after my last experience here.

This place has gone down fast on its beingnes. I ordered 12 of them on line picked them up. When I got home only 3 were edible. the rest were flat as a piece of paper they were also very greasy and burnt. I have always been a good customer. But the last couple of times they have gotten smaller and smaller. Beingnes are supposed to be light and fluffy.
The food is great, but the service is a bit lackluster. I have had to send my food back both times I've been for different reasons. The people working are kind, but the attention to detail definitely needs work. It took over 30 minutes to get a burger and fries the last time I went, and it arrived missing part of what I ordered on it. Despite this, the flavor is always on point and it arrives fresh. Good ingredients, well-cooked. This price is also 3-4 dollars over what it should be. 13.73 for a burger, fries, and a drink. For 13.73 I can get a pound of ground beef, American cheese, and buns and make 4-5 burgers.

My pregnant wife and I stopped in to get 2 burger combos & a small order of beignets. After about 20 minutes, we received our beignets, but nothing else. We patiently waited while other people who ordered meals after us received & finished their meals before we got our simple burger meals. After 40 minutes of waiting, I went to the front line to ask about our meals, and was looked at like a deer in headlights. Upon request to either get a refund or our meal to-go, they scrambled and gave me a bag with a half heart apology. We ended up not getting our fries or any of the toppings we requested on the burgers. What a joke and a waste of our time & money!!!

My family and I used to love this place. Today was just disappointing. This place seems to be going downhill. Dining room was half full and it took like 30 mins for our food. Everything was ice cold. Patty melt was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted anymore. Paid 7 dollars for a kid slider filled with grease. I'm not even a Karen when it comes to a good greasy burger, but the bread on the slider was so soggy from being left on a counter, not delivered to our table. It also didn't even have cheese just bread and meat. No lids for the drinks either. Tables looked like they havent been cleaned all day. Disappointing the direction this place took.

Hate to leave negative reviews, especially for small businesses, but a 35 min wait for ONE burger is ridiculous, and I think an owner would want to know. I watched 4 other people come up to the counter complaining about the wait. Dining room was only half full. The cooks seemed to be working diligently. But there were at least 10 meals just sitting on the counter getting cold for 10 min as an employee scrolled on the iPad trying to figure out where they went. The wait time was long last time as well. Seems to be the product of a flawed system rather than employee problem. I do enjoy the burgers, but not enough to wait that long, so I hope the problem gets fixed. Will gladly delete this review if wait time is cut in half next time.

Last night was my first time getting food from here. It was recommended to me by a coworker. I had the Player's Choice with fries and a beignet. The burger was a little smaller than I was expecting for the price, but it was very good. The meat was cooked and seasoned just right, and the sandwich prepared exactly as I ordered. The fries were excellent. The beignet was a little tougher on the exterior than I'm used to, but the inside was soft and fluffy, and there was plenty of powdered sugar. All-in-all, an excellent meal. I will definitely eat here again and tell my friends about this place.
