1 Star — Would give 0 if I could, This place does not respect their own business hours. I showed up during the posted time on their website and front door — they were closed more than two hours earlier than scheduled. When I called to check, the staff was unbelievably rude, acting like I was the inconvenience for expecting them to be open when they say they are.
If you can’t follow your own hours and you treat customers with attitude on the phone, why even bother posting a schedule? Completely unprofessional. I won’t be wasting my time or money here again, and I’d suggest others look elsewhere until they figure out basic customer service.

Overall terrible experience. Food not good at all. Was in Mobile on business today. Before heading home my fiancé and I stopped for a bite to eat. We came across this spot Big A’s Bando. A trap house themed brunch spot. Had the egg rolls for an appetizer. They were over cooked and dry as ever. Tried the Cinnamon Toast Crunch waffle and hot honey lemon pepper wings. The waffle taste like it was cooked in the microwave. The cinnamon toast on top was stale. The wings were actually good and so was my blue berry lemon drop. Tasha got the red velvet waffle and it was a terrible as mine. We didn’t eat the waffles and sent the egg rolls back. The owner gave us a few extra wings to make up for the food but honestly after getting a $77 dollar bill for food that didn’t taste good left an even worst taste in my mouth lol. The server was nice however she wasn’t knowledgeable on the menu particularly the crazy wing flavors with no explanation of what they were and when she went to go ask the owner what these sauces were she came back still with no explanation of what was in the flavors. Flavors like crazy crack, strawberry crazy, bando, and trap. 1/10 I don’t recommend. Not to mention it’s so dark in here you can’t even see your food. I’m sure that’s done on purpose lol. Being a business owner myself and former restaurant owner I hate to make bad reviews and actually never do when I have a bad experience but this place ain’t it. Don’t waste your time.

Ate here today with my wife and baby and man was it delicious. The wings were so good and so were the loaded fries. The atmosphere was good, good music, friendly staff.. We will definitely be back.

Went in for the special he was running yesterday with the lamb chops and shrimp with 3 sides but I only got lamb chops if the server wasn’t on the phone and was paying attention to what I was saying I wanted then it woulda been a great experience I CLEARLY ASKED FOR 2 but all she rung up apparently we’re just lamb chops 🙄 I was pissed when I got home and saw that.

The food was amazing and fresh. The waiter helped us decided what to get our child. She made her day with a Mickey pancake.

We were visiting the area over the weekend and I googled the best brunch spots, this location was top on the list and I can definitely see why! The food, the service (Ms. Serenity is a sweetie), the vibe and the Overall atmosphere is an experience. Nice laid back establishment. The chef even walked around asking how was everything! Top tier and let me just say THE MENU..if you like a New Orleans flare, this is it! Creole salmon with Gouda grits topped with bacon crumbles and seared shrimp..we will definitely be visiting again even if just passing through!!!

We've been here a few times now and I can say this place is a gem. We just got brunch takeout and they did accidentally give us the wrong order, but they remade our order fresh before we even came back to let them know about the mix-up so they were one step ahead in getting it resolved! That's a level of customer service you don't see a lot and the effort to make it right stood out to me. Also it's crazy how good the Skrawberry Crack waffle and Skrawberry Kränik combo is. I'll probably be getting that every other time we go now. Thanks y'all!

Our server took our order as what we told her but when our wings come out it was opposite of what we stated, also ordered fries just bought them out on a plate, on top of all that we were the last to receive our order when others come way after we ordered and it was explained that their orders was put in because it was a different server. That was the best lie he could tell smh..then after the cooks messed our order up he offered to re dip them. Terrible place to eat and then wouldn't offer any kind of discount . Oh get this they charge for seasoning that goes on your chicken. Worse place I've ever been and will not be going back ..I hope the money we paid help him stay in business...again the waitress did her job.

Real food that really get u full

The floor was sticky everywhere i walked. no one was there when I walked in so that felt weird. The food came out fast. My crawfish on my fried green tomatoes was tough but overall a good flavor. My strawberry waffle was just ok but looked really good. The chicken was great. I was hoping to be blown away because the menu is different from most restaurants in Mobile but I wasn't. I will try again soon.

When I say this is the best brunch food I've had ever... PLEASE BELIEVE ME!! I had the Swag n Surf which consists of fried catfish, topped with a crawfish creole sauce on a bed of gouda grits... 🤌🏽 Chef's Kiss... If you haven't been here... What you waiting on?? The video and photo does this food no justice‼️ Customer service was amazing.

Edit: Visited on 7.26.25 and while the food was still good, I was disappointed to see that the crawfish sauce had been removed from the menu. When you're getting shrimp and grits, you need a sauce to tie it all together.
