Gem of a bistro!! A quick dinner before a parade turned out to be the best cuisine I’ve had in awhile with flavors that took me right back to the island of Capri Italy. Pleasantly surprised and looking forward to going back.

UPDATE: I just docked another star because... I got a response from management *three months later* and they flat out lied... it was *not* overly busy the morning we were there.
Best espresso martini ever! Docked a couple stars because they won't cook bacon crispy when requested!? The Bear would never stand for this.🐻 The dining area gets loud very easily, with diners talking louder than nessary. It's kinda expensive, and I'm fine with that, but for the price... They should really be able to handle a crispy bacon request!🤦🏻♀️ Our server was great. They box your leftovers for you, not at table. We likely won't return for a breakfast or brunch, been there - done that, but might try again for a special occasion dinner.

Had a reservation this morning for brunch. Arrived right on time and seated at an unclean table that hadn’t been set. Ordered drinks that slowly arrived and had to ask for water and silverware. Ordered coffee and food. Several tables were never cleaned off after customers left while we were there. Our dirty glasses were left on the table while we waited for our food. That never arrived after 1.5 hours and others that came in long after us already eating!! I went to the bar and asked to speak to the manager. No manager was even in the place. Our server finally showed up and we told her we were done and bring the check. Her answer was would you like for me to box it up to go! Pass on cold Grits dish and French toast! We have eaten here many times and changes we see are for the worst now. I plan to speak to a manger. Not that it will do any good. We will not be back!! It’s a shame.

Reasonable prices considering the quality of the food is so high. We went for breakfast and everything was perfect.
I loved the atmosphere, nice quiet music in the background. Kiera did an excellent job of serving. Food was good. Chef was accommodating when I requested additional sauce for the seafood scampi. Overall a very nice experience. The only negative - quit putting water in your soap in the restroom. Soap is not expensive!

This was my first time, due to the inconsistencies of the temperature of the food as well as the service, I, along with my party of 9, were very unhappy with this experience. We waited over an hour to get our dinner. I personally got a salad, and the chicken was not hot nor warm. We had to ask for additional beverages as well as for updates and communication about our meals. I am unsure if the server was new, but her communication about our meals, as well as the attentiveness to our table, was unacceptable. Maybe in a few months, we may return. Hopefully, we will have a better experience. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant.

Chelsea was absolutely out of this world. She went out of her way so many times . Carley has an amazing voice and is so attentive. Jason made me a to-go box and was incredible. Alicia was above and beyond. Everyone anticipated guests' needs and didn't just react. It was one of the finest moments of F&B I've ever seen. I firmly believe this is due to the management of Malissa. Everyone here worked as a team and it showed. Denis even helped with boxing and handing out the boxes. If the owners read this: This staff is amazing.

Parking: I wasn’t quite sure where to park bc it was my first visit but there was a paid parking lot half a block away and street parking across the street. Beautiful area so it’s a pleasant walk to the Bistro.
