Bo was the best, always smiling , and great service

Went last night to celebrate my birthday. Had to wait 30 mins or longer at the door. They were not busy at all. Had plenty empty seats. Server took our drink order, came back with drinks and stood at the end of the table and handed us drinks to pass down to the other end. I had a 5 and 7 year old sitting between me and the next adult.

Took forever to get our food. Again she stood at the end of the table and proceeded to hand us plates to pass down the table. I politely told her who ordered those plates and she could take them to them.

Everyone received their food except me. She said the kitchen forgot to cook my wings so it would be a few more.mins before I got my food. I asked could I get the other things and they bring the wings when they were done. She said I will have to ask the kitchen staff. Eventually she came back with my food. The cheese sticks were warm, queso was cold, sliders were cold and had no onions and pickles. When wings finally arrived they were not cooked all the way through. I told the server, she got the manager and he proceeded to tell me there is no way the wings were still half raw and they cooked them twice. Needless to say we will never go back there!

Service was absolutely horrible. Waitress brought half the food for a party of 8 then 15 minutes later brought the rest and still forgot a salad she was asked about twice. Had to ask 3 times to get appetizer plates. She blamed the kitchen staff for everything. Save your money and go elsewhere.

The service here was terrible. We had to ask the server for refills every time we needed them. We never got napkins , until someone at our table decided to go get some from the restroom. Waited almost 30 minutes on silverware after food was served.

We had a party of 11. Every one got their food before me. My side items came out before my entree. One of my side was white cheddar mash potatoes. There was nothing white cheddar about them. A couple of my guests got their food wrong items or were missing items. We had to keep asking for refills. When I finally got my entree it was wrong so I had to wait even longer. And to top it off we found out the manager just walked out on the employees. This use to be a great place but it has gone down. My guess is it won't last much longer.

The drinks were fantastic, the food was good, but we really wanted the tub and rubber ducky that come with one of the drinks (there on anniversary and it's somewhat of a thing we have to collect stuff like that from whenever we travel). We were denied both, even though you'd have to pay for it separately from the drink anyway.

Reservations for 8 people at 7pm made in the morning and table not ready for at least 30mins after getting there on time because they sat other people at our table. Irritating but a first world problem at most. Still had a great night. Server was phenomenal.

Star was the most attentive server i’ve ever experienced! I can’t wait to come back & see her! SN: The Mac & Cheese balls & Nachos were 10/10

I loved the wait staff they were handling large groups and doing it very well. The food was lacking, I ordered a medium well sirloin and got a rare one. The few asparagus were burned. I won't be going back have been 3 times and all 3 times the food was under par.

Arrived around 9:50 with a couple of friends. Servers looked at us, host was no where to be found. At 10, we walked out. Not one employee bothered to sit us down, or let us know we would be seated. Awful.

In regards to slo roast, even though you pretty much have the same menu..
I’m not sure why you offer different temperatures of meat... You apparently only know raw and leather.🤦🏻‍♀️
I have ordered medium well and medium and what I get is a well done times 1000 to the point of being an unedible piece of leather.
And to all the people that want to claim Rare or medium rare is the only way to eat a steak, let me remind you that a quality steakhouse with a quality chef can differentiate in the nuances of the different temperatures.m
Places that can only do rare or well done show their utter inability to cook anything.
Your steakhouse is one of the worst things I have ever had. I literally get a much higher quality steak from Cracker Barrel.
How embarrassing….

Michel nailed it tonight! Great service! Great salad! Overall best drink ever!! Loved it :)
