Mobile's music room indeed! Clean and well run blues bar. People are friendly and has a great layout with plenty of room for a band, dancing, and karaoke. Do your thing, bring your instrument and play/sing on Mondays with open mike that has house band to back you up.

Don’t go here if you’re from out of town!! I had two guys starting stuff wanting to fight as soon as I sat down. Before I even got a beer. I just wanted to hear the band. I had two beers and left. Wasn’t worth getting in a fight which is obviously all a few of them wanted to do. Do NOT recommend!!

Be very careful when starting a tab !! My tab total was $47.25 , I tipped $15.00 =$62.25 I authorized that payment and signed.. they then charged me $47.25 again that I didn’t authorize nor did I owe!! Tried repeatedly for a week to get my money they took back just to end up with them not refunding my money and made excuse after excuse and i still haven’t gotten my $47.25 back !!! Seems to be a scam with out of town people that visit!! Be careful with your debit card at this business!!!! P.S the name they go by public is not the same name that shows up on your bank statement!! Stray Katz Tavern is what shows up !!!!
