Service was terrible! Long wait for order. Staff disorganized. Biscuit only half baked. Coffee was cold! Overall the worst fast food dining experience that I have experience in a long time!

Coming from Iowa, 7 people in our group that were super excited for this meal. The place seemed very under staffed on a Friday afternoon. This location was out of strips and fries which was very disappointing. We waited for over 30 minutes for our food which was in place of the strips and fries we came in for. At one point they had to come get our receipt they said bc the order had disappeared from their screen, or bc they didn't want the survey filled out- not sure what the real reason was. That being said, the food we did get was very good- just not what we had chosen Bojangles for

I DoorDashed an order from here and I never received it. I waited over an hour just to be told the employees said I had to pay for it again because they said I had picked it up already. Why would I DoorDash just to go pick it up myself?

Usually a great experience. Love the breakfast. Went at lunch and thought I would try the chicken tenders. 3 piece with Bo Bites and rice and ranch dressing. Ended up with no potatoes, may have been my fault, music behind me was loud. I didn’t get a receipt so I didn’t know if I ordered spicy chicken or if it was the rice. Still can’t eat the chicken and this is what my ranch had on it which is great to make sure it’s fresh. Today is the 27th and my Ranch has the 25th. Just not a good day for me at Bojangles.

I visit this location weekly. I love bojangles and the morning crew is always so friendly and nice but whoever is working the night shift at 7:30 tonight needs to be fired. I just sat at the drive thru for almost 10 mins for no one to ever come and take my order. I saw an employee standing up there when I pulled in but when I finally left not a single person was anywhere to be found and I know they saw me pull up. This is unacceptable considering it’s 7:30 and you close at 10.

We love the food, but service needs improvement.

The workers are not friendly and rarely speak to you. They tell you the amount, you pay them, and grab your food that's it. They are short with you like they got something better to be doing. Also, why is the lobby on Dauphin Street in Mobile still closed?

Anyways, I recently went thru their drive thru and the woman working asked me repeatedly what I wanted for my order. So, I answered and told her repeatedly each time she asked me.

However, she gave me tea instead of my drink order with my meal order. Why would that be? It was disrespectful to act this way and give your customer not what they ask for.

Next, I haven't cut the off completely but will check my order before driving off.

Lastly, I just wish they appreciated their customers more.

First time going at 9;05 pm today and they state they close at 10. They couldn’t cook anything but tenders because they closed in 45 minutes for the rest of the night. Sorry won’t go back.

I placed an order shortly after 7 am and received food under 5 minutes later. My husband and I each ordered the Cajun Biscuit Combo with Bo Rounds. We each tried the Bo Rounds first, and it tasted room temp and stale. It had nearly zero flavor and it was firm and slightly rubbery. I tried another Bo Round thinking (hoping) that it was just one bad one. The second was just as tough and flavorless. My husband's experience was the same. I took a bite of my Cajun Chicken Biscuit, which tasted stale too. The meal's texture, temperature, and flavor were as though the items had been made first thing in the morning and had been under a heating lamp for the next two hours. My husband took our Bo Rounds to the counter and asked for some freshly made Bo Rounds. The staff immediately acted on our request. We finished our chicken biscuits because they were slightly more edible than the Bo Rounds. 10 minutes had passed since we had asked for fresh Bo Rounds and we still had not been notified that the fresh side was ready. Just before leaving, we asked the staff if the fresh Bo Rounds were ready. They were - apparently, the staff forgot about us because they were busy socializing. The restaurant traffic was low at this time, so I feel as though they could have been more attentive.
