This was my 3rd time eating here and each time only the bang bang shrimp was the only good item. The food is just not good at all to me. The happy hour drinks weren't good either. Also, we did have a large party but the wait was long just to even put in our order and someone didn't even get their order and had to take it to go and get this, the check came before the order was brought out. Not my choice of restaurants.

I tried the fish sandwich. The fish was so fresh tasting and it was hot, crispy and delicious

Excellent food and wait staff! Bang bang sauce was not as spicy as I remember it being. Brussel Sprout salad was to die for and as always smoked old fashions are a must have.

Our waitress was great. Food was delicious. Large portions. We were a group of 20 and they gave us 2 tables next to each other, 10/table, 2 waitresses. We did make a reservation a week prior.

I've been doing these events since January 2025 and this was the worst experience to Bonefish I have ever had. It was embarrassing since we were having my daughter's birthday celebration at the same time with people from out of town visiting. The service was not good. The waiter did not bring out the celebration cake till everybody was leaving. So we had to leave with it in a togo box and no celebration was had. We waited for thirty minutes at least for the main course. We stepped out smoked and came back in and food was still not there. Then when we got our food it was thrown together and completely different from the others we saw passing us by and we were sitting directly in the front. Then it was cold and our veggies/potatoes were hard and inedible with no rice. The first course was cold and our table got different size servings. The second course was not good- broccoli cole slaw. Need I say more? The third course was the worst scallops I ever ate at Bonefish. They were not cooked properly at all. Steamed in bacon instead of seared and they were fishy smelling and a lot smaller than usual. The desert course was the worst. Bananas Foster with nasty old looking bananas that were not caramelized and brown. The ice cream was melted and the whole thing looked thrown together. This was the first event I wanted to order another drink because they were small and no alcohol in them and the last one so nasty nobody at the table drank it. Plus there was so much time in between them bringing the next drink we was all thirsty and bored. This the worst party we ever had here and this our fourth time coming to Bonefish to celebrate a special occasion. Usually before we could finish one course and drink they would be already coming with the next one but not this time. We waited for a long time for each drink and course. Nobody was happy with the experience or the food or the drinks and the Manager for the first time did not come by our table to ask us how everything was.

My favorite menu item by far is the Bang Bang Shrimp!! The appetizer is delicious and so are the tacos. You cannot go wrong with these flavorful shrimp! I found the fish and chips a little bland and very greasy. The grilled chicken was good but nothing special. The stars of the show are the bread and oil and those yummy shrimp!! Trust me on this.

Ah-mazingly accommodating staff hosting our Crichton Optimist Club annual football end of season award ceremony. Twenty awards presented with some 130 guests! Menu variety was on point and no one felt left wanting. It was an event worthy of recognition.

We were in town for a graduation party and decided on here afterwards, I hadn’t had it in so long so I didn’t remember what my experience was but I knew it wasn’t one of my faves (hence the reason I haven’t been back). They sat us by the restrooms which is always going to be an issue for me when I visit a predominantly white establishment. I sat down and took a look around and YEP it was us in the back and them closer to the front, OPTICS! Moving on to the food, we got the imperial dip which was oily cheese (which is the indicator of cheap cheese) and diced up unseasoned shrimp. The chips were warm and delicious tho. We also got the southwest chicken egg rolls, they were a bit soggy and again too much cheap cheese so all I got was a bland oily soggy bite and was done. For my entree I got the shrimp diablo which is NORMALLY kind of spicy and flavorful but not theirs. It had broccoli in it which I think was to make the dish look full. It was a reminder as to why I’d only been once and never wanted to go again. Will I EVER want to return to any of their establishments? NOT!
