Missed not seeing my granddaughter😢😢😢

If you like sweet treats with a side of “teenage attitude “ We visited this location twice while staying at the hotel across the street. On Friday night, the young lady with the snake bite piercings was very friendly, which made me want to return the next night. However, our experience on Saturday night around 10 PM was very different. The staff member with a ponytail and curly bun had the worst attitude I have ever experienced, was not welcoming, and borderline rude. While the ice cream was good, customer service is everything. When I kindly mentioned this to her shift leader, I overheard her say, “Someone is complaining about me, but I don’t really care,” which was extremely disappointing. Overall, the ice cream is enjoyable, but the extremely poor attitude and inconsistent customer service ruined the experience. Her attitude makes me not want to unfortunately ever return again and I spent $50 plus here in the span of two days and had recommended to family but not after tonight

There was a brief five-minute wait before someone came to take our order, and on the first night, they politely said, “Ring the bell when you’re ready.”
However, our experience on Saturday night around 10 PM was very different. Uh mah gawd, this place went in and now I have problems. I didn’t know “ice cream” could be that smooth. Considering it’s dessert, it’s close enough for me to jog to…I don’t jog to it, but it is close enough. Man, I’m in so much trouble.

Awesome customer service and the best ice cream I have ever had in Mobile!!!! We will definitely be back, and reasonably priced!!! Please go and support them, they are truly a hidden gem!

I went there at around 2:00 PM today on a Saturday to get some ice cream. I really wanted to try them. My bf went to go in and the door was locked. I thought well maybe they are only taking drive through orders for some reason. We went to the drive through and they wouldn't even come take our order. My bf even yelled "are y'all open?" We thought maybe they didn't know someone was trying to order. We drove by the window and saw 2 people in there working. They simply refused to serve us and take our order. They saw us pass. I was shocked and cannot believe it. Like Wow! You are already stuck off where no one can hardly see you and get to you and you are refusing to serve customers. Let's see how long they last here in Mobile! I sure won't ever go back to try them!

They turned the lights off and refused to service me five minutes before closing. I understand wanting to close early because you have somewhere to be but if you close at a certain time then you need to stay open till that time! Especially seeing as other have jobs as well and would like a treat after work. Very rude and disrespectful. Love the treats but will be telling others about this!

I went to bops and was greeted by an individual named Malachi he was very informative explained to me what custard was and why it’s superior to ice cream, he answered ever question I had with a smile on his face I told him I liked strawberry and he gave me two amazing options one being the strawberry shortcake and the other a secret menu item called strawberry grace, he gave me many more but those were catered to me, I truly can not wait to try his other recommendations, service was also quick this place is a 10/5 I will definitely be back not only with myself but friends as well and I recommend everyone do the same! There specialty cards are also so cute.
