I went to bops and was greeted by an individual named Malachi he was very informative explained to me what custard was and why it’s superior to ice cream, he answered ever question I had with a smile on his face I told him I liked strawberry and he gave me two amazing options one being the strawberry shortcake and the other a secret menu item called strawberry grace, he gave me many more but those were catered to me, I truly can not wait to try his other recommendations, service...
During a hot day of running errands me and the wife decided to get some ice cream. I don't know how long this place has been open but we got excited to learn there was a frozen custard shop in West Mobile. And I'd have to say it's the best custard I've had around Mobile.

The Birthday Cake Shaved Ice with sweet cream and stuffed with Vanilla custard was my daughter Favorite,, I had Strawberry Shortcake add cheesecake pieces was delicious.
