Our family rented their social room for a baby shower. They catered the food and provided the service there. Very good service. The food was very good. That day they had their bloody Mary specials. We each tried one. They were well made and delicious. Very friendly staff.

Went to the Orange Beach restaurant and was blown away by how good my meal was. Discovered there was a Mobile location which is way closer to home. Took my husband to Mobile for breakfast the other morning. I ordered the same dish I had at the OB location, Eggs Benedict. Not even close. The sauce wasn't good, the Canadian bacon was gray in color and didn't taste quite right. We were the first customers, yet my husband's cheese grits were cold. I will travel the extra distance to go to OB the next time. I will not be returning to the Mobile location. The only positive thing I have to say was the waitress was good.

This was my first time going to Brick & Spoon and was very excited based off reviews online that I’ve seen . I will say Memorial Day played a part in the slowness of the service but still . Service was extremely so! We sat at the bar hoping to be greeted quicker rather than standing at the host station for a while . The food was very hot and good , & the bartender did her best to make up for the slowness of everything. Hate that my first experience was bad but the food made up for it and I will definitely try it again , maybe a different location .

Proof that just because a place markets well and passes a “vibe” check doesn’t actually mean it’s a good place to eat. - can’t speak for the food because I didn’t get any(coffee was good). But from entry to exit, I don’t know that I’ve ever seen a restaurant run so poorly logistically. We stood in the front for 10 minutes before us(and the line of folks in front of us) were acknowledged by the host, who took our names and did not give us an estimated time, at this point, we were forgotten about for another 10-12 minutes before we were seated, at which point we waited another 6-7 minutes for our drink order- and another 6-7 for our food order, (my wife got a shareable) which took about 20 minutes… Something fundamental is wrong here- either in inadequate staffing or management.

I recently hosted a baby shower at B&S Mobile and I was blown away by the accommodations, the staff, the food, everything! I worked with Kaitlin and she did a fantastic job. She handled our catering order and constantly checked in on us throughout the event- we never wanted for anything! And the food… so good!! I could’ve eaten a whole plate of the hash browns alone, but it was all fantastic. 10/10, highly recommend!

Whatever they did while closed for a few months ruined the experience now. We used to love the food, but we got our favorites for the first time since they reopened and were disappointed.
The banana fosters beignets were the worst. The sauce felt like a cheap pre-made caramelized mix and they didn't even use fresh bananas! We got 4 banana chips that they attempted to rehydrated! Honestly, so disappointing they shouldn't be able to call that banana fosters.
Again, we got all our favorites from before. So I know they can do better. I hope they go back to their old recipes before this runs them out of business.
