We had stopped by for a late lunch for my husbands birthday dinner. I had explained to the waitress that I was gluten free and she even brought over a gluten free menu! I was so excited to see that! Accidentally the salad did have croutons but the server and the tray runner were SO accommodating. Especially shout out to the runner for telling me he would have them remake the salmon as even small amounts of gluten will cause me to have big reactions. So I wanted to personally say thank you to the staff for taking my allergy seriously and not making me feel like a burden. I can’t remember their names. But it was around 2 pm.

We called several days ahead to get on the “call ahead list” for a party of 17 at 7 this past Friday. We arrived around 6:30, enjoyed a drink at the bar and were sat within 15-20 minutes. The staff was accommodating, personable and professional. The food was delicious as always! The creamy mashed potatoes are a must!!

We go to Briquettes fairly often and the food is always wonderful! Tonight I really wanted to compliment the service. Michael took great care of us and was very attentive to all our needs. He was kind and checked in with us often. We were a little needy and it didn’t seem to phase him at all. Wonderful job, Michael!!

Ordered medium-rare steak. Came well-done. Sent it back, new steak came refrigerator cold to the touch on the inside. Front staff was accommodating. Whoever is running the grill needs training.
The great experience started with our server (Morgan) who was so friendly and efficient. Then the food was fantastic!! We'll be back!!
