I went to Bubbles and Brunch with my Son and Daughter to have brunch with them. They always treat me, and I wanted to do something special for them. I had the Shrimp and grits with Texas garlic toast and an Arnold Palmer. The grits and shrimp were well-seasoned; they contained different peppers that added a sweet and spicy flavor. I had a large, thick portion, and it was terrific. My son had chicken and waffles, and my daughter had the BLT with waffle fries; they both enjoyed their dishes. My daughter said that her bread was toasted with butter, and the bacon was very crispy, and there was a lot of it. She enjoy her fries as well. My Son and I had to go to containers, but my daughter's BLT was out of sight. Ummh Good! The service we received from Gaynell was very friendly, professional, and courteous. She frequently visits our table to see if we need anything else. She brought me more tea, my daughter coffee, and my son his sweet tea with us, even asking. I enjoyed my time there and will definitely come back again. I believe that even the manager came over, asked us if we needed anything, and asked if we were enjoying our food with a beautiful smile.

Gaynell is hands down the best server Iāve ever had! Her service was exceptional from start to finish, and she truly made the entire dining experience unforgettable. On top of that, the food was fantastic! If you're planning to eat here, do yourself a favor and ask for Gaynell ā 10/10!

I had high hopes for this place, but it is mediocre at its best! The workers look unprofessional I have know clue what look they was going for with the uniforms. My waitress had on a company t shirt and a tennis skirt! Itās wasnāt busy at all when we arrived (it was one couple sitting eating) and yet we was escorted to a dirty table that the hostess wiped down while we stood there, leaving a super wet table behind. My husband had to ask for napkins to cleaned the table off. Our waitress came over and constantly rushed us to order. I asked at least twice to give us a few minutes before she returned a 3rd time and I just ordered our drinks while went over the menu in peace! The mimosas was awful I was not pleased the food itās self was blahā¦bacon seem to have been cooked ahead of time and reheated! The waffle was the only saving grace! The kitchen staff kept looking out the serving window as we ate very uncomfortable. Not to mention their hygiene looked questionable considering they was preparing food. I could go on and on but I was not impressed and I didnāt enjoy my experience. I will not be returning and have told my friends and family not to waste their time.

The food itself is good but the place always has a long wait, consistently doesnāt have half the food on the menu, refuses to take reservations to beat the 30+ minute wait, and has the smallest waiting area Iāve seen which is always packed. Hard to justify the above average cost when you have to sit in your car for 30 minutes every time to be seated. Nice place that could use better management.

Went with a fairly large church group (11 ladies), however, the staff knew we were coming. We had to wait quite a long time for a table that they had ready for us but never actually sat us until someone from our group asked if we could seat ourselves.
Our everyone received there drinks except myself and someone else who waited an additional 10 min. for our chocolate milks.
They brought up the wrong appetizers and once the correct ones were delivered, we received no silverware for it.
Once most of the food was delivered we still weren't given any silverware until someone from our party got some for everyone, everyone had finished eating before my chicken and waffles were delivered. It came WITHOUT the habanera jam which was my whole reason for ordering it. They also didn't give me syrup. My whole party complained on my behalf and said my meal should have been free after I had to wait so long for it. They gave me $5 off. I will not be back. The food was over priced and there are better brunch spots in Mobile anyway. I also didn't leave a tip which I've never done before but I didn't even receive an apology for the wait when my food was finally delivered. We arrived at 10, I didn't get to eat until right around noon.
