Again nfl games intolerable loud in there. Place dead. Wonder why? Tvs should be set up prior to kivk off and labeled. Getting games changed like pulling teeth.

They need a better sale in store just like online they will have way more business I just didn't like when I ordered online I couldn't sit at the table and eat because the deal I wanted was online only I was going to order drinks and tip but the waitress said we couldn't

My server Devonte made a very rude statement to my godson that didn't sit well with me. My godson was joking and made a statement that his meal was to much and he might have to wash dishes. The server, Devonte, stated if you don't wash dishes you could go pick some cotton and stated laughing. Nothing about that is funny at all for you to say to a table full of African Americans. I'm so upset about the situation that I can't see or write correctly. We did not make a scene like they thought we would we just left. Won't be going back after this. We'll eat and spend money where we're respected and wanted.

My friend and I go to BWW's at least once, sometimes twice a week to play Golden Tee Golf. Collectively we spend $10,000 a year between what we spend on beer and food and the game. Keep in mind we have been doing this for the last 15+ plus years. We have seen management come and go but after last night I can tell you we will never be back. We were playing our game for about 3 hours sitting in the corner by ourselves (bar tab over $60) when a waitress came over and told us that they had a big party coming in and that we had to move. This is not the first time this has happen but usually we hide in the corner break up the tables to accommodate everyone and try to make room but not this time. She was adamant that we had to go around the corner NOW. We asked for 10 minutes to finish our game and we would just leave! She became more demanding that we had to leave the area go around the corner if we wanted to stay. She said the party is here now. This was a final straw, now keep in mind that we have asked multiple people (senior leaders in the company, current managers) to move the machines either into the back room by the Dart machines or turn them so that we can be in the same area as the party but i guess our business is not wanted or cared about

Awful experience. Ordered take out, had to wait 20 minutes AFTER the supposed ready time (ordered online). Had to repeat the name on my ticket multiple times, and when I said it should have been ready 20 minutes ago, I was met with indifference. No apologies, nothing. Get home and the food is lukewarm, and missing items that I ordered. Called to speak to a manager and was put on hold, with hopes that I would give up apparently. I’ve already emailed the corporate office about it, however I suggest this place should be avoided all together. I don’t care if they were busy or not, it is not an excuse. The service is horrible, the staff is horrible, and the food is mid under the best circumstances. There are a dozen other chicken restaurants in town that are a hundred times better than this place. I’ll never be back.

Don’t get me wrong, my waitress was great and Deserves a 10 star but the alcohol is the worst. I ordered 2 shots of Jack Daniel’s and all I got was 2 shots of brown water. I think the bar is watering down the liquor. Watch out for the bartenders there they might be pocketing the cash

i ordered through uber eats delivery and everything was great. my burger was so burnt it crackled when i bit into it. i ordered original buffalo wings and got wins that were so hot i was crying for mama!! i want my money back! its sad how these days there's just a lack of pride in the work people do and the food they produce.... they should be let go. my 4 year old daughter wouldnt burn a burger that bad

We slid in late and Amy came right over to greet us at a high top table in the bar. She is always so sweet and walked us through some descriptions of items newer to the menu. She was super patient never rushing us to order. Our portions were huge and cups never empty. Another great night at BWW !
