If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This Burger King is an absolute nightmare. Nikita Yelding greeted us with a scowl on her face and immediately said, “You can’t bring that dog in.” When my wife explained that the dog is a service animal protected under ADA, Nikita’s response was, “I don’t know what that is.” It’s clear she is completely uneducated on ADA laws. And it doesn’t stop there — the manager, BJ, was just as rude and unprofessional. Both of them acted completely uneducated, especially regarding ADA rights. Refusing a service dog is a federal violation, and while they didn’t outright refuse service, their attitude and lack of respect were appalling. This place is a disaster. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I gave the stars because my chicken sandwich was nice hot and crisp. But my onion rings had 3hot ones on top and the rest was old and cold.
You may want to pick another place if you're in a hurry bc there is not much about this place that's fast. The staff is nice and your order is right....when you finally get it.
Vegetarian options: They offer a veggie burger that is actually not bad but I don't think I've ever seen it on the menu. I haven't had any problems ordering it though

The one in semmes that ive been to are terrible. They have very poor customer service they are rude and take forever to get your order in and done. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Inface all the ones in mobile Alabama are pretty much the same sadly.

Worst burger king ive been to all over the country. Ate inside, didnt recieve items with my order went to the front counter with my reciept and was walked past straight up ignored for about 10 minutes, even called out and said something and the female worker said dont let my height fool you I will **** you up. Just about the worst food experience ive ever had, just walked away in dissapointment. Wont ever be coming back.
