Staff was very friendly. I did have a small wait to take my order but the restaurant was clean and my food was fresh.

Tonight at 12pm I got my food from this location, the employee taking my order rushed me after she believed o was finish with my order(she assumed I was finished). When I got to the window she never acknowledged me, she was laughing and holding conversation with her coworkers. She gave me my drink still never acknowledged me and when I got my food still laughing with co workers stilll again did not acknowledge me and say have a good night at least she just shut the window. I’m not one to usually leave reviews but customer service is trash and much as I would’ve liked to have told her thank you, her rushing me and her blatantly rudeness was enough for me to barely acknowledge her as well all I did was smile. All in all customer service and people skills need work.

We ordered on the app when my kids went to pick up the food the counter person was rude even after she told them they missed a drink. Not knowing that they missed a whole 2 meals out of 6. We tried to call but as usual no one answers the phone

⭐️ November 7, 2024 Absolutely Terrible Experience
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This Burger King is an absolute nightmare. Nikita Yelding greeted us with a scowl on her face and immediately said, “You can’t bring that dog in.” When my wife explained that the dog is a service animal protected under ADA, Nikita’s response was, “I don’t know what that is.” It’s clear she is completely uneducated on ADA laws. And it doesn’t stop there — the manager, BJ, was just as rude and unprofessional. Both of them acted completely uneducated, especially regarding ADA rights. Refusing a service dog is a federal violation, and while they didn’t outright refuse service, their attitude and lack of respect were appalling. This place is a disaster. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Whopper JR has been shrunk to the size of a slider. Attendant missed adding a requested item to the drive through order. They were out of tea. We got two whopper sliders and two mini chicken wraps and it was $18.

You may want to pick another place if you're in a hurry bc there is not much about this place that's fast. The staff is nice and your order is right....when you finally get it.
Vegetarian options: They offer a veggie burger that is actually not bad but I don't think I've ever seen it on the menu. I haven't had any problems ordering it though

Apparently I went here 6 years ago and gave it five stars. Now giving it one star. Waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru after ordering then just gave up and drove off.
