I thought long and hard about whether or not, I should leave a review. But I feel like this just can’t go unspoken about. I made an order on the Burger King app last night. When I went through the drive-through to pick it up, the people that were working here seemed irritated that I was there to pick up my food. Then they told me they didn’t have a fork and a knife. And when I left, I got to my house, pulled out my food and noticed that they decided to write weirdo on my box. I couldn’t believe at first that this happened. I am a corporate training manager, and have been managing businesses for over 20 years. Never in my life have I seen anything like this. After looking through the reviews of this location, I noticed that customer service seems to be something that this location is absolutely terrible at. And the people that work here clearly should not be. If I was the manager of this location or the owner, if this happens to be a franchise, I would be thoroughly embarrassed with my reviews, as well as my customers experiences such as this one. And to top it all off, the person spelled weirdo incorrectly as well. I hope this is seen my many people and that the management actually does something about this location before it just goes under completely. What an embarrassment to the Burger King fast food name brand. This is unacceptable.

Typical burger king, but the lady at the drive-thru was very very nice which is somewhat unusual in the fast food industry. Easy in and out from 2 different streets. Burger was good.
Get your night staff under control. Very rude. Person at the window doesn’t know how to greet guest and politely or ask what I ordered. He the yells to his partner how stupid I am. Buddy I placed an online order and already told you my name and my order. Just be polite and listen and it will get you far in life.

Morning crew is absolutely amazing and always on top of things, unfortunately I can not say the same about evening shift. I originally thought it was a one time thing but after today I realize it’s not. I normally come and get the same thing in the evening 2 classic chicken wraps with extra sauce. Every time it has no sauce. Today they gave me 2 that was covered in honey mustard and royal sauce( and when I mean cover I mean it was honey mustard and royal sauce with maybe a small side of the sandwich) I go back in to get remade and then they proceeded to make it with no sauce. Unfortunately iv learn that breakfast Time is the only time to come at this store.
