I Went through the drive thru and asked specifically for a Double Cheeseburger with mustard only and 1 Double Cheeseburger original. They said can you pull up and wait . I said no problem , We waited 10 min to finally get our food . When I opened the food I didn’t get my double cheeseburger with mustard only . We got 2 original Double cheeseburgers with everything! 😡 how stupid can someone be not to understand how to follow directions. It’s not that hard - wow

It is the worst restaurant I have ever seen in my life. I have problems with an order that was never delivered. I called 10 times and no one ever answered. The truth is that is why they are always empty. It is the worst service a fast food restaurant can have.

My son and I came here right after a pleasent doctors appointment. Service was fantastic! They noticed my son in the backseat and went above and beyond for him. Food was fast and fresh. We were very pleased, thank you!

I had to knock and speak up that I was at counter. This was a Sunday morning about 7:30 and I could hear voices behind the wall but no one would come out to wait on me. I was the only customer there. Some one finally did. The croissanwiches I got were soggy tasting. The coupon I had was misleading for what I thought would be the actual order.
It did not include what I thought the coupon said. Not satisfied with my visit. I probably won't be back. One other thing that I found was the wall blocking most of the view into the area where the food is being prepared. The wall is huge and you can't see but only a small part on the far left into their kitchen area at all. Other restaurants I have been in show much more kitchen area than this place. Mostly wall at this location.

Totally unprofessional in the drive through. Treated me like a problem because I was curious about the specials and the girl could not add so I cancelled my order in favor of the special and then asked for my money back when they started treating me worse saying I was the problem because the special was better than what I ordered. So I was afraid to let them make my food at that point. I just wanted the best value for my money and the boo boo bear takin my order cannot do math. I just was hungry and wanted the most for my money shame on you I will never darken your door again

I normally come to this location in the evening but, this afternoon my wife and I came after picking up our child from school and today we had really great service and fresh food from Joe and Trey.

Very nasty. After a certain time (even when they are still open) they will literally stop taking orders. They will watch u from inside and just look at you like u crazy. Customer service is really just trash. After 30 minutes they finally came to the window. Employees were playing loud music and had AirPod in their ear which explains why they couldn’t hear when nobody pulled up. So we had to pull to the window and bang on the window and open it just so they knew people was outside.

The food was decent but the overall experience was not good. They were out of biscuits, my order was wrong, and the staff was very unfriendly. It also took forever to get our food. I cannot recommend eating here. I can take simple mistakes, but when the staff is rude on top of everything else I find this unacceptable.

Please give whoever was working on 1/7/24 shortly after midnight a raise. This was the best drive thru service I have received in a long time. The young man taking my order was friendly, and the food came out quickly and piping hot. Bravo to the employees on this shift!
