Very nasty. After a certain time (even when they are still open) they will literally stop taking orders. They will watch u from inside and just look at you like u crazy. Customer service is really just trash. After 30 minutes they finally came to the window. Employees were playing loud music and had AirPod in their ear which explains why they couldn’t hear when nobody pulled up. So we had to pull to the window and bang on the window and open it just so they knew people was outside.

The food was decent but the overall experience was not good. They were out of biscuits, my order was wrong, and the staff was very unfriendly. It also took forever to get our food. I cannot recommend eating here. I can take simple mistakes, but when the staff is rude on top of everything else I find this unacceptable.

Please give whoever was working on 1/7/24 shortly after midnight a raise. This was the best drive thru service I have received in a long time. The young man taking my order was friendly, and the food came out quickly and piping hot. Bravo to the employees on this shift!

I don't come here EVER morning, but I do come about once a week. This morning Ms. Tracey in the drive-thru remembered that I don't like ice in my soda and asked me at the speaker did I want it without ice. That might seem minor to most, but it is ALWAYS nice when someone takes the time at a busy job to recognize you and remember your personal quirks. Thank you Ms. Tracey for making me feel valued this morning, you are one of the best.

Waited 20 minutes for my order ...1 it was wrong the first time2 it was wrong when I got to the table to eat it when I went back to the counter they had an attitude like it wasn't what I ordered then showed them the receipt they had a attitude because thy had to fix it .. the people behind the counter seem to be on something all around the whole place was a bad experience an is way off from the burger kings I've been to and we eat out a lot seen 3 people walk out because of bad service after I placed my order

Typical experience for fast food chain. Okay food and can be slow service at times due to short-handed crew. But the workers are pleasant. I recommend using their app to make sure the order is taken correctly and picking up through the drive up unless they are busy.

This is the ONLY BK in mobile to go to. Food is always cooked good. And there is a super sweet girl working the register didnt get her name but she was amazing! I stopped before picking kid up at school not only my food in bag but a sweet crown love it. Its the small things.
