I recently visited Burger King I ordered the mushroom melt sandwich . I can say I wasn't impressed at all! First of all this sandwich shouldn't have been served without being grilled. I received my sandwich on cold bread and half cold cold cheese which is not correct for a melt sandwich. Not to mention the weird ranch sauce that was on this burger🤢 . Please do better Burger King this is not considered a true melt!

Went to the Theodore dawes road location. Did not purchase anything that day, glad we went in. The stitch was so bad, they, said it was the bathroom with no explanations, (no), sorry for the smell, he was just ready to serve, however we appreciated the eagerness to serve, guess things do happen sometimes, but no thank you this week!

The five star review is SOLELY for the staff that was scheduled to work on Friday, August 2nd at approximately 8 or 9 at night. I would give ZERO STARS to the General Manager and/or Owner of this property for mistreating their staff.

THE STAFF: Despite having a line of customers waiting in the drive thru, I found the cashier/person taking my order to be one of the most pleasant persons I've encountered in similar settings. She was exceptionally warm and maintained a very positive attitude despite the deplorable working conditions they've been subjected to. When I pulled up to the window to remit payment, I felt a gust of heat coming from the building. I asked the employee if the air conditioning is not functioning, and she explained that it works in the lobby area where customers are seated (surprise! surprise!) but not where the employees (who are cooking, taking orders, filling drinks, bagging food, etc.) are working. This is Mobile, AL where the heat index is easily over ONE HUNDRED DEGREES. Despite the stress that she and her co-workers were under, she greeted me with a warm smile, quickly confirmed my order, and then offered me a Burger King crown. The food was cooked as I ordered it, and I was very happy to have met such a kind person.

THE GENERAL MANAGER/OWNER: You should be embarrassed to subject your staff to such deplorable working conditions. Consider yourself fortunate that you have a team of true professionals who, despite their unbearably hot working environment, is able to maintain a pleasant and kind demeanor and also deliver a quality product and service. You need to close this location and pay your team for the time off while you properly fix the air conditioning in the back of the house. I have reported this location to the corporate office. Every single staff member at this restaurant deserves a generous raise.
