So I go through the drive-thru and they state that they can’t take any coupon codes. I get up to the window and they don’t have no packets of salt. The woman seemed like she did not want to help me at all. If you’re going to work in customer service, you need to be a people person. Seems like y’all need to find y’all some new employees that wants to work.

I came in after walking two blocks with heart issues at 20 weeks pregnant, higg risk, when uber messed up my order and let the employees know I was upset and was verbally assaulted by another customer, and they allowed it. The only person who had any sense was the manager who wasn't even clocked in. Im never coming back here again. Just baffling.

Why does it take a half an hour for someone to take my order and I tell them my order and no response afterwards? Two other cars left in the drive thru. That Burger King is not going to last.

They threw the sandwiches together and added so much sauce it turned into a mess. There was not a line or traffic so would think they could put a sandwich together pretty easily but they failed.

It's always dirty?!? These workers act like they don't want to be at work.their so rude and need a lot more training on how to treat their guest. We talked to the manager all she said to us was k and walked away.we nor my family do not go there anymore
