I was having a tough day when I went in. And this may sound cheesy, but the people were nice and considerate. It helped brighten things up and keep on through the day.The place was clean and had one of those Coca-Cola Freestyle machines that they'd do better by replacing with a regular fountain.The food (Impossible Whopper) was good and freshly made.Vegetarian options: Impossible Whopper

Y wife and i got chocolate milkshakes here and they were great. We were almost home and she says "ya know, i was watching her make them milshakes and i was thinking something seemed off because it aint nonway that little bit of chocolate gonna make a chocolate shake that taste right... But it good. I was wrong..this shake alright.". So yeah. What more can i say. "Happy wife; happy life."

The drive-thur worker had awful manners and was very rude… when w made it home with the food it was old with a funny taste and the burgers was not made as ordered. Trash is where the food went. I will never go back to this place.

I never have high expectations for fast food, but this is ridiculous!I ordered two of the 2 for $6 double bacon croissanwiches and 3 large hash rounds.I stopped in the parking lot to check my order. The hash rounds were mushy, had black spots on them and tasted like old oil and 2 of the sandwiches did not appear to have double bacon.I tried to go inside, but the doors were locked (8:15 am) and they motioned for me to go back through the drive-thru. I very politely explained why I was back, handed her the 2 sandwiches and the hash rounds, and apologized for the inconvenience. From the window she yelled to the lady in the back “how many pieces of bacon are supposed to be on the double?” to which the lady responded “4 and I know I put 4 in all of them!”. The lady from the back came to the window with gloves on, humming the entire time, proceeded to open one of the sandwiches in front of me, pointed to 2 slices of bacon and said (with all the attitude she could muster) “there go the other 2 under the cheese”. I said, “I’m so sorry, my mistake”. She never said another word to me, walked past the cashier mumbling something, they both laughed, and then she handed me back my bag with the same sandwiches along with new hash rounds which were just as nasty as the first ones. I have had numerous issues with this particular store, but this will be my last time. Having read other reviews for this store specifically, I am shocked, #1 that no GM or owner has commented or tried to reach out to anyone and #2 that this location is still open. Unbelievable!

The food wasn’t hot and we waited for a long time. The cashier was absolutely rude and if you can avoid it just go somewhere else and eat. I don’t think you should be treated like this at no restaurant. I hope management can correct this problem and no one else has to experience it.

I ordered chicken sandwich with no mayo add honey mustard and it came to me dry. I went in to have it corrected and the girl unhappily took it from My hand and threw it on the kitchen counter. Then walked away. The guy had to ask what was wrong with it. Then she unhappily said honey mustard.

LETTER WRITTEN TO CEO , SEPT 16 , 2023IF I COULD , WOULD RATE AS ZERO !RUDE & MEAN MANAGEMENT AT YOUR LOCATION , 5380 US HWY 90 WEST MOBILE , AL 36619 .I AM A 65 YR OLD SENIOR CITIZEN , STOPPED HERE AT THIS LOCATION SATURDAY , SEPTEMBER 16 , 2023 AT 3:15 P.M. TO USE THE RESTROOM WHEN I WAS OUT SHOPPING AROUND TOWN . THE BLACK GIRL IMMEDIATELY TOLD ME WHEN ENTERING RESTROOM , I COULD NOT GO IN DUE TO WET FLOOR . I IMMEDIATELY TOLD HER I COULD NOT WAIT OR GO TO ANOTHER ESTABLISHMENT SOMEWHERE ELSE . I WAS VERY CAREFUL WITH MY STEPS , ENTERED STALL , AND TOOK CARE OF MY PERSONAL BUSINESS NEEDED . THE MANAGER CAME IN , STATED “ YOU NEED TO COME UP OUT OF THERE NOW AND LEAVE . “I DID NOT GET TO TALK TO THE MANAGER PERSONALLY 2-3 MIN LATER WHEN I LEFT . I TRIED CALL THE SAME LOCATION WHEN I GOT HOME ABOUT 4:15 TO SPEAK TO HER , BUT NO ONE WOULD ANSWER . I TRIED 3 TIMES WITHIN 20 MIN , LETTING PHONE RING 15-20 TIMES . I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION OR ANY OTHERS IN MOBILE , AL DUE TO YOUR EMPLOYEES/MANAGEMENT CANNOT , WILL NOT TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT .
