Stood patiently for sold 6 minutes for 3 worker to look dead not say word after I spoke said I patiently stood here for a solid 6 minutes for now one to even acknowledge me even when said that they said nothing so I left.

Burger King has always been a good place to go to eat Hamburgers šŸ” and can't forget the original chicken sandwich 🄪. I been going to this restaurant since I was a teenager šŸ˜šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£šŸ˜ and some items have changed some are still the same

I recently visited this location and had a disappointing experience. Initially, I went through the drive-thru to place an order but decided to switch to a mobile order instead. While doing so, I was told I was taking too long and was ā€œrunning up her time,ā€ even though no one was behind me at that moment. Shortly after, a friend pulled up and placed a regular drive through order, and both of us were instructed to park in front when we got to the window.

After already waiting 20 minutes—despite my mobile order showing as ā€œreadyā€ā€”I went inside to check. I was surprised to see most of the food being reheated in a microwave, which raises concerns about food quality and freshness. Meanwhile, a staff member delivered my friend’s order outside. When my husband asked if it was ours, she responded no and mentioned they were still working on it. However, she then returned inside and made unprofessional comments about my husband, which was disappointing and unnecessary. I wish she would have understood if she had to wait for a mobile order for as long as we did she would too ā€œhopeā€ her food was being worked on. Especially when the restaurant is empty and people who ordered after her got their food first.

When I finally received my order 30 mins after I placed the order, the fries were overly greasy and the chicken sandwich I paid extra to have cheese on was missing the cheese. I am glad I checked on it there because it would not have been the first time I get all the way home and something was missing or wrong… Upon returning the sandwich, they simply placed a slice of cheese on it and reheated it in the microwave again. If microwaving food is standard practice here, customers should be informed—especially since it affects the texture and overall quality. The food was rubbery and bread was hard.

Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the long wait, lack of communication, poor food quality, and unprofessional behavior. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve both service and transparency.

-Side note, a lady with pink hair came in at the end and everyone seemed to be happier/more eager to help. I wish she had gotten there sooner.

All I have to say is that the lady with the purple ish hair rock...I called first and specified what I needed and not only did she deliver, baby made that whopper herself. That meant alot to me because the person it was for hadn't had a whopper in many years so I wanted it to be special and she did just that for me. Not only tonight any time I've seen her she's been such a sweetheart..her shift is ran better than what I've experienced wit the day crew just saying but keep keeping on yallšŸ˜‰ Thank u Ms. LADY for doing that for me/him..I live behind the store so I will be seeing u again somedayšŸ™šŸ½

Pulled in the drive through, Didn’t have any milkshakes or desserts except a cookie. She said they had the stuff but it was just frozen because someone wasn’t paying attention(shocker) no one in the dining room and no one in front of me in drive. Took my payment, I sat there for about 10 minutes, she opened the window and I asked for a water cup and she said I had to pay, then told me to pull up and wait some more for my 2 sandwiches. At least they were somewhat warm.

I’ve been by multiple times after they supposedly open at 5:30AM, usually around 5:45AM, and every time there’s not a soul in sight. If you’re not going to open at 5:30 then just say that

I LOVE the croissan'wiches at Burger King. I stop almost every morning and puck one up for myself and 2 others. I also get the French toast sticks for a coworkers child. The food is always delicious but I have had to go back several times as there is food missing from my bag.
