If you want a whopper you will not get one here. I bought 3 Whoppers and there was not one prepared right. Lettuce was brown and a big chunk with the white root. There was 1 slice of tomatoe about the size of a silver dollar and another smaller that was the peeling from the top. The onion was outer peeling. Out of the 3 there was enough tomatoe to make one whopper. I furnished the fresh lettuce while theirs was garbage. The person preparing the burgers constantly talked and I was concerned about the over spray. A comedian. Had to go around a gray water puddle by the door. Looked like sewage water. It was not raining. I've been eating at Burgerking for over 50 years. This is my first visit since 3 years ago. I will never go back to this location in Semmes.

Semmes Burger King. To the owner. When you go out of business blame yourself. When you lock your doors and turn away paying customers that are already putting up with higher prices, smaller portions, and poor quality. Not to mention terrible customer service from rude and uncaring employees sooner or later it has to effect your bottom line. Hygene in your store is diplorable. Im surprised the Health Department hasnt cited you for employees not washing their hands, not wearing gloves or hair protection. Food temps. Just to name a few. The cursing and foul language from the kitchen area can be heard in the dinning area (when open) and is just plain disrespectful. I may be the first customer you have lost. But unless you make some drastic changes I see a lot more to come and another franchise going out of business.

The drive through cashier was rude & a smart ellic when I got to the window to pay!She told me they couldn't cut.my sandwich in half & charged me to put onions & extra mayo on my sandwich. I've never been charged for that stuff at BK as long as I've been going there. That's not really a big deal. But added to her attitude & rudeness she displayed, it just pissed me off! You always have to wait a long time for your food if you go through the drive through. I've had to go inside to return my food more times than not at the local branch, the Semmes Al. Store.

When I asked them to add mustard it didn’t mean the entire bottle! My sandwich was absolutely disgusting! Will not be a returning guest.

Yeahhhhhh no. Been sitting here for 30 minutes already and when they finally answered us over the intercom they were laughing and said “wait” and then she dumped the drink out and decided that she was gonna refill the same cup and was rude. You had one employee walking around on the phone and forgot part of my order. They were playing around and couldn’t even be bothered.

I just came here at 3:15pm and after a sizable wait in line was told "we aren't taking any more orders as we are understaffed. They said they would open back up at 4:30pm. They just turned away a line full of cars.
