If I could give zero stars and still make a review I would these are some of the worst attitudes I have ever seen not to mention I have been given half frozen fries on an ungodly amount of occasions

On 8/29, I went to this location for lunch. My burger bun was hard, onion rings old, and was overcharged. On my way back to work, I called several times but no answer. I didn't eat the food and decided to take it back (including my drink) after I got off work. When I arrived at the store, the young lady at the front counter greeted me nicely. I explained everything and she proceeded to call the manager or shift named Tiffany. I don't understand how she became a leader, but her attitude was soooo nasty. Tiffany (I read her name tag) yelled at the young lady who needed her help, and she approached me with an attitude. Tiffany was combative the entire time. Tiffany is a poor excuse for a manager and does not represent your franchise well AT ALL. Tiffany needs training on how to operate a store correctly ESPECIALLY customer service skills.
