The fish was old the okra wasn’t fresh and hard the manager didn’t wanna give me refund

$34 of overcooked rubbber food that just got thrown away. At first i thought it was chicken i had gotten, but it was double battered old fish. You couldn’t even break it in half it was so hard. Fries also ice cold. Best part was my drink. Would not return.
I would give this place negative 10 my best friend went through the drive through to get a flounder fish sandwich but was told they were out then he order 1/2 dozen oyster, fries and cold slaw he paid almost 12 dollars and when he got somewhere to stop to eat he had one empty box and another box had a roll. He did go back to get his money but i am sorry, that is not checking the order before giving to the customer or they were trying to take an older person for granted.

I just came from that location not long ago and I just wanted to apologize for my mother's attitude towards the female worker at the window tonight and I just felt bad because my mom let's her anger get the best of her and it just doesn't feel good to see so I'm sorry for her actions toward that employee

Ordered a two piece flounder meal with green beans and bread with A EXTRA BREAD. I only received one bread stick and obviously this is tilapia and not flounder. I am sooo disappointed. I usually check my order at the window instead I waited until I got home hoping everything was correct. If I ain’t have my (churn and yes I said churn) with me who was tired I would have took it back !
