OMG! THIS WAS MY 1ST & VERY LAST VISIT @ THIS LOCATION ON MOFFET RD & SCHILLINGER(mobile,al). THE FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE INDEED! THE YOUNG LADY WAS EXTREMELY NICE & ASHAMED AFTER I TOLD HER OF THE FOOD QUALITY. EVEN AFTER I EXPRESSED TO HER @LEAST 5XS TO PLZ ASK THE COOK NOT TO FRY MY SEAFOOD TOO HARD, U GUESSED IT! THE FOOD WAS HARD, INCLUDING HUSH PUPPIES. BROCCOLI COLD, BUTTER FROZEN. FRIES WERE GOOD & HOT THOUGH. I'VE CALLED CORPORATE CS WHILE YET SITTING IN PARKING LOT OF LOCATION. HAVEN'T HEARD FROM ANYONE YET. I'VE HAD A COUPLE ISSUES WITH CAPTAIN D'S IN THE PASS @ ANOTHER LOCATION BUT THIS ONE WAS THE WORST INDEED! ? AWFUL & UNACCEPTABLE! WISH I CAN GIVE ALL MINUS DOUBLE ZEROS FOR RATING.

I wasn't greeted a girl came from the back where see had been sitting her legs were asleep she took my order walked off and I'm sure went right back to her phone in the back my food was horrible I ordered 6 hush puppies they were hard and old my coleslaw tasted sour the older woman working drive thru was pouring sweat you can tell it's lack of management who doesn't run there store there was 4 people in drive thru when I pulled up i went inside because of the line when i left there was the same people in the same spot as when i pulled in took about ten minutes to get my food because there wasn't anyone to place food in bags the employees don't care about the customers and the managers dont care either just pure sad

It's captain D'S. Once you accept this is not southern seafood and realize it's northern seafood, you'll be better off. I really enjoy the big fat crispy fish.

Ok so I’m giving those 3 starts to my absolute most favorite fast food chain only because I’ve had old tasting, fishy fish the last two times I’ve been. The manager is always happy to replace the food but come on guys. Ill definitely change those if it gets better. Girls scout promise.

I give it a 2 star because the food tasted good when I finally got it 10 minutes after my husband got his food. Only one other person dining in and it took around 10 minutes to even place our order. The restaurant was hot. The floors were wet from condensation. This place could actually be a great place to dine in if they hired people that actually cared about their job. The employees (manager included) were yelling and arguing with each other. They didn't have any respect for their customers or themselves. I don't want a comment back from the owner apologizing for our experience. I want the owner to actually address the problem because this is not an isolated incident this is the way things are run in this establishment.

Over the last few months, I ordered three delivery 4 piece catfish meals for my elderly neighbor. The first two meals had four good size fillets, very much as seen on website. My neighbor made two meals out of each one of the first two meals. The third meal had four extremely small (approximately 4×1 inches) pieces of fish. My neighbor paid full price for the first two meals. For the third meal, she used an Uber promotion and paid only $6.57 for that meal. Be careful using a promotion. You may not get the advertised meal. Shame on Captain's D's.

Love love their food, we were there for lunch and hah to wait over 8 minutes and still no one in the front so we started calling and finally someone came from the back. We did get extra shrimp for it taking so long .
