I haven't eaten at a Checkers in years. I don't live in town but I remember they always have a good deal. I got 2 checker burgers, fully loaded for$4. It was a small patty but that was too be expected. That why it's 2 for 4. My Son got that huge bacon burger meal that was at least a quarter lb between the burger and that thick bacon. He loved it! Totally satisfied. Our CSR was funny and the service was fast. Would recommend highly and go again if I'm in the area

Oil tasted dirty and I think that when I ordered the fries they just dropped a basket of old fries back into the oil to reheat them. Tried to eat a few and couldn't, left a nasty aftertaste.

Waited at the drive through during a time it is supposed to be open. I just wanted a water bottle and was willing to pay card or cash, anything to make it easier since I knew they would be closing soon (30 minutes later). First time I passed I sat at the drive through and no one responded, lights were on so people were obviously there. All the employees including manager on duty were hiding. I noticed because when I pulled away from the drive through, another car came after me and same thing, ignored. And when that car left all the employees magically appeared. I just wanted a water bottle after driving for 7 hours. When I pulled to the window again and saw all the employees, one of them rudely told me they were closed even though their hours were obviously listed. Why would I go to a closed restaurant? I asked if I could just have a water bottle and I would pay card or cash and she didn’t even bother opening the window, rolled her eyes at me and just kept repeating that they’re closed while laughing with the other employees. One thing is being incompetent, but being a bully while at it is whole other level. I’ve never written a bad review about anything but this was the closest open restaurant to me and i was in the middle of an allergic reaction and just needed water to take something. I literally begged her and she just laughed. List proper hours of closing if your staff is going to be incompetent and rude to someone asking for a simple water bottle. Truly disgusting.

Horrible the manager just ignored me at the window for 20 minutes, waiting for my order and then yelled at me to get out of her lane when she said she didn’t have my pick up order. She couldn’t even open the window to let me know that she doesn’t have my order. I sat there for 20 minutes and was hollered and screamed at and treated like crap horrible

A quick stop for lunch. French fries were hot and the burger was tasty. We did have some problems ordering, but once were got to the window the staff made sure everything was correct. They were friendly and professional.

My husband just got off work at 12:45. He went to this location to feed our family. He set in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Nobody came to the drive thru at all. He drove up and seen an employee on her phone. I’m very dissatisfied

Apparently I guess they close at 1am I placed an online order i got there around 1:30am and they guy told me they were closed didn’t even open the window I was trying to ask even I just need to get a refund and he completely ignored me
