First of all a manager supposed to be in the person that was taken my order she was on the phone and she took the order she missed my food up I got the wrong food food food was cold she was very rude she told me to talk to district she didn't care about my food to talk to district if I had a problem that she wouldn't give me any condiments another bag we had over $30 worth of food she tried to pile all the stuff in in one bag for hot dogs which we were going separate places we spent over $30 and expected better service even management was rude it was poor service unprofessionalism I will never go back there again and I don't recommend any family members to go to the checkers on dauphin Street I had a horrible experience and I definitely won't be going back she had an attitude like she can talk to customers any kind of way very rude with people working like that no wonder checkers has a bad name on dauphin Street

The staff is rude to everyone, constantly outside smoking weed, and trying to charge people $5 for parking there.
Maybe the owners would like to know their employees are selling parking spots like event parking and pocketing the money as a side hustle.

This has to be checker's worst one in Mobile, Al the service sucks and the food is terrible all around burnt hamburger patties they're crunchy every bite. On top of that they give you 7 chicken bites on a $5bag. I wish they would put another restaurant in that spot... Sad but true

When I pulled in there was no line so I placed my order an I was told to pull around to wait. I waited almost 30 min an a guy brought my order out so when we got home which was in 7 minutes we got our food out the bag an there was No fries I had 3 combos so I went back to tell them they didn’t give me my fries I was told I could not get tenders because they have to hold those for the wraps so my tenders was cold I had no fries an my apple pies was soggy . I was told I can keep the cold tenders an they could give me fries so smh I said refund my money which was over 30$ I then went to the one on government / airport by the park and they took care of me fresh food an my order was complete an they was fast Ty government.. dauphin st you have last a customer.

The food was not fresh. I ordered mozzarella sticks and they tasted old, had the worst after taste, I couldn’t eat them. The fries were hard and not fresh. The burger was the only thing I actually liked.
Horrible horrible service I place my order and went to the window she open the window and didn’t say anything too busy on her phone.. So I said how much?? She said $9.88 I gave her $10 she handed my drink and closed the window and went back to her phone handed me my phone closed the window I didn’t receive a receipt or my $.12 and the burger was cold I went there around 4:30pm on 8/2/2024
