This place has gone downhill and it pretty sad since I use to eat here often. This location is constantly running out of items. I ordered an Uber eats 2 smokey BBQ bacon big Buford, mozzarella sticks, large loaded fries, fried strawberry cheesecake bites and two apple pies. Didn't get the apple pies or the two Buford. Claim they are out of meat but then wouldn't substitute the missing items. This happens a lot lately at this location. They need to either order more items or close down cause every time I go day or night they out of items. Don't think I eat at this location anymore.

First off how all of a sudden u no longer sell shakes or ice cream of any kind and then have no beef only fried products not to mention when I got my food the chicken was cold but on the upside the fries were ok😒over all just a shitty experience. Oh yea apparently the standard message when you pull up is I'm sorry we're closed come back during business hours no matter what time I pull in.

If it wasn't for some of the workers being very nice and being human to other people,this place would get a 0 star. If it wasn't for the big girl at the window at night having a bad attitude to people and slamming windows on people,this place would get a 5 star. I watched with my own eyes tell a homeless guy who asked if he could pick up trash for anything being thrown out and she said no with a attitude and slams window. Then 10 minutes later , give a big bag full of food to someone she knew that parked and walked to the window and not pay a dime. And gave them more when they asked for something they wanted. Awful person
