The manager took our order and kept saying what else after everything we ordered instead of letting us finish. We hot pulled over for a while to wait on food and it was not good at all. The buns have changed on the checker burgersðŸ˜. More bun than meat. We get that everyday isn't good but don't bring it to work.
Hot or miss. Kinda slow at times, fast at other times. I will say probably 95% of the time the food is delicious and made properly. Service kinds lacks though. The employees are just there to do a job and get a paycheck, not mean, but not helpful unless asked very specific questions.

Everytime we get off work around 10pm and try to use the drive thru they tell us their system is down and they only doing door dash.. This has been going on for the last 3 nights

Milkshakes were ok. Fries old. Hamburgers were so bad we couldn't eat them. The hamburger patty didn't have any taste and had an odd texture. We don't think it was real hamburger meat but something else.

Food is great. Usually do mobile order. Whenever I get there it's never ready, always have to wait an extra 10 ish minutes for them to complete my order. It's ridiculous there's not many people there when I go either

I like this location but recently I put an order at 2 pulled up at 2:06 and was refused service, then when I asked for them to refund the money i spent for the order they sat and discussed it for about 10 min just to tell me they wouldn’t give me a refund and when I asked why they told me to go in the app I told them there isn’t an option to request a refund in the app, I was shrugged at in response so I politely drove off and told them to have a good night

I walked up to the front windows to place my order there were no cars in the drive thru people working on the outside kept looking at me but no one asked me what I needed or let alone the fact that they could've told me that they needed a minute before they could get to me i am appalled at the amount of service I was giving today then when I was finally waited on after 20 minute I figured I wasn't gonna order food and asked for the district managers number instead they just gave me there store number instead .... if you do not wanna waste your time and money do not stop here
