The crew is very rude especially Sanoya Smith. She served my daughter and I on February 11th around 3:47. I told her that it will be two separate orders and I gave her the first order then the second order. She asked me if the orders will be on the same ticket uh. So I had to break it down to her what it means to want two separate orders. She acted liked she was still confused. If a customer says two separate orders that means two separate tickets. I get to the window to pay and she snatched my daughter card out of my hand and told me I couldn't get my order because I was rude to her. These young folks these days are too sensitive because explaining how things work is not getting rude. I want be stopping there anymore. And I will be calling corporate on this store. She will reap what she sow.

Two days in a row not serving people. First day system is down, next day short staffed. I understand things happen, but two days in a row fr different reasons is ridiculous. Shut the place down if you can’t serve people.

I’m seven months pregnant and I asked for Chilli cheese fries and she even repeated my order back to me and all she gave me a a large fry I been craving chilli cheese fries all night long and I couldn’t even get them. I used to work at this same checkers back in high school and it was better than it is

My husband and I decided to stop by checkers just to grab a little snack. We haven't been to checkers in many years since our adult children were little. Seeing that the temperature in the car was reading 106°F we thought it would be good to grab a cold drink. My husband grabbed a mango iced slushie, and I grabbed a watermelon ? frozen slushy. We also got a chicken bite fry box to snack on. Let me start off by saying that the young lady Tammanishia, which is displayed on the receipt, was extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. We were the only ones in the drive-through, and she the young lady had an attitude as though we were disturbing her when when drove to the box to look at the menu. We weren't ready to order. She huffed and puffed and was just over all rude when we asked about the different sauces. ? We pulled to the box, she never even looked us in our face she held her had out the window and stated the cost. After a few moments, she handed us our drinks and food. My iced slushy was melted at the bottom, but the food was hot. She handed out the window and left having an attitude the entire time. I wish I had recorded her with her face balled up and the attitude in her voice along with the eye rolling. She slammed the window, and we had to hunk the horn for another young lady who had to give us our receipt. I would recommend customer service training, but she clearly hates her job. We weren't rude to her or anything. We didn't even address the attitude with her to avoid confrontation. Im sorry to say that we will not be returning to this location. I hate to leave bad reviews on businesses, but people should know the bad as well as the good. Unfortunately, I leave reviews everywhere I go if possible, especially if the service is exceptional or horrible.
