The woman working the drive-through around 10:00 a.m. this morning held up the line for nearly 20 minutes while chatting with a friend in the car ahead of me. It felt very unprofessional and inconsiderate of the customers who were waiting. I’ve always held Chick-fil-A to a higher standard, so this experience was really disappointing.

If you order online and come pick up your curb side order they will deny you even if you have proof! Took me 2 weeks to get a refund! Staff needs to be retrained on customer service including the manager.
