We just pulled in for the peach shake. Pouring rain and the outdoor staff was trying their best to keep the lines moving. Always a pleasant experience.

Didn’t get to eat breakfast this morning having a rough start of the day rushing to take daughter to surgery so placed a pickup order on the app and had my husband pick it up while I wait for our daughter to get out, and the worker was acting accusatory bothering my husband for trying to pick up the order for me profiling him I presume from how he was dressed since he’s a blue collar worker, I never had any issues before except with this location today. Do better! I get anyone can just come in there and pick it up but sometimes people send someone else to pickup for them it’s not uncommon.

First the line was long as heck. They were training people in the drive thru. Took forever for the food to come out. Ordered a salad they gave us no utensils or napkins. We order a kids meal and an 8 piece meal aswell. For as long as we waited the food should have been piping hot and utensils in the bag. It's the small details that matter. Then they pulled us forward twice and still forgot things. WORST CHICK-FIL-A EXPERIENCE EVER ALMOST LIKE IT WAS RAN BY A BUNCH OF CHICKENS THAT WANTED US TO EAT BEEF!!!!!

While traveling with my daughter we stopped by and took food to go. We both got the nuggets, they were dry and tasted like they had been sitting for a while. The old nuggets served made my daughter so sick. It always fun to be on a road trip having to constantly pull over to vomit.

I asked for grilled and got fried and when Katia asked for my name I told her and spelled it out and she acted quite upset when I spelled it out again and she asked for only my name and once I got my food I my name was spelled completely wrong and got fried nuggets instead grilled

I just want to say your management team is the best around ....They are the most kindness people and make you smile Everytime you walk threw the door .I wish all fast food restraunts had the same attitude that your workers have anyways just wanted to say hats off to all the morning management team. Y'all are the best.....
Staff was absolutely rude. Management was no help at all. Have never had such a horrible experience at any other Chick-fil-A location. Waffle House has better service than this place. Do not recommend at all, better off finding a place that actually values their customers
