I asked for grilled and got fried and when Katia asked for my name I told her and spelled it out and she acted quite upset when I spelled it out again and she asked for only my name and once I got my food I my name was spelled completely wrong and got fried nuggets instead grilled

Y'all are the best.....
Staff was absolutely rude. Management was no help at all. Have never had such a horrible experience at any other Chick-fil-A location. Waffle House has better service than this place. Do not recommend at all, better off finding a place that actually values their customers

The new drive thru system is not great. Been waiting in the Mobile thru area for way too long. The efficiency of this location needs to improve.

I went through the drive-thru today just after 4pm and everyone from the guy that took my order outside to the Manager were all “not the usual” that the employees normally are. The guy asked my name twice and still got it wrong. At the pickup window I was asked 3 different times what my name was, with the last being the manager/supervisor. She then asked what my order was and I gave her my receipt and she said we’re waiting on your sandwich so pull up and wait. My order was missing a 12 ct nugget so I walked to the window and told them I was missing some nuggets and gave the receipt to the manager again and she walked over grabbed a box of nuggets, put them in the bag and handed it back to me. She never said a word. No, I’m sorry or anything at all. The look on her face felt like she was irritated WITH ME for getting my order wrong! It was definitely the weirdest and most unwelcome visit I’ve ever had at Chick fil a. Every employee I interacted with seemed like they wished they weren’t there/or couldn’t have cared less about what anyone thought about the service provided.

I'm a black lady there was two white guys at the register taking orders they took the order from the white guy that was standing in front of me then both of them started doing something else fixing the guys drinks and getting the guys order ready and I'm just standing there waiting for them to take my order did it take both of them to get that guy's order ready are they just want to keep the black lady waiting bullshit.... I just left
