Daughin Street Location store #1350Stopped in here on our way to Slidell. Everyone was so friendly. We were greeted by the drive through worker before we even walked inside and he wished us a good day. Once inside two people at the counter greeted us I believe the manager and our cashier. The Cashier Andrea was incredibly friendly and took our order without making us feel rushed or like a bother. Our food arrived at our table just as we did. It was hot and everything was perfect. They came by our table once to be sure everything was okay. It was one of the best experiences we have had at a Chick-fil-A and we’ve had some great experiences. Thank you all!

Lunchtime and crowd was booming but employees were handing things well . Food was served hot and quickly. Glad I went inside as drive through was booking. Classic sandwich with waffle fries and lemonade $10.04

It never fails that they miss something in my drive thru order. We ask for ketchup for nuggets and we get none. This time they forgot the spoon for the ice cream. Once they even left out our fries on an order. As for a dining experience, I came in one evening and they had half of the lobby closed for cleaning. That wasn’t a big deal since they weren’t busy but they had employees on break in the lobby taking all of the open tables in the open half of the lobby and the employee was very rude when I tried to point out to him that there were no tables open for even one person.

I waited in the drive through for fifteen minutes before my order was taken. I ordered a drink online. I pulled up to the booth and said I didn’t need a receipt and kept going because I was late for a doctors appt. When I got to the window they asked me to pay for my order- I said I paid for it online it’s. Mobile order. She said you couldn’t wait for a receipt at the booth so now you are going to wait for your order- pull up. I waited another 10 minutes- 30 minutes total waiting for one drink! Then it was not right- I asked for extra ice and half sweet/ half unsweetened- it was completely sweet and no extra ice.This is not the first time have had attitude and bad service at this restaurant.The service at airport puts this one to shame.

Ok, I eat out a lot but only have eaten at Chick-fil-A a few times and usually dine in. Decided to run through the drive thru today. As a newbie it was not an awesome experience but a ok experience... The person walking the line of cars came to my window told me the person in the little booth would take my order. Finally make it to the booth, they asked for my order, there was not menu that I could see,there was a breakfast menu taped to the window, I ask what they have or if they have menu, she said we have chicken and pointed to a menu board that you can't see from where I was. I took a gamble and ordered the #1 (usually the main item at most fast food joints). It was a chicken sandwich with fries. Just a note if you don't eat there much and you don't like a dry sandwich and saltless fries then will need to ask for salt for the fries and mayonnaise or something to put on the sandwich. I guess as a newbie you live and you learn the next time I'll be better prepared. Also they need to remember not everybody is a seasoned customer and knows the menu.

The fries were the end of the barrel. There were crumbs not really potatoes other than that, it was fine.

Both our chicken sandwiches were cold. Fries hot. There was about 40 people between dine in and drive thru. Not sure why anything would be cold. Still dont understand when i ask for extra pickles i get four in total and they are tiny.
