Great chicken sandwich. My goto for consistent quality food. This location is in the mall and service and atmosphere lacking. Will be back but at brick and mortar store. As a plus they are closed on Sunday. Not many businesses today would give up 15% (1 day out of 7) of their revenue to give everyone a break.
I have no real complaints about the food or team members, but the app. The address doesn't take you to the correct location to pick up curbside orders, and it gets confusing and frustrating having to drive around to find the designated parking area.

Not my first bad experience here, but finally enough to never go back. Ordered online and received my food 30 minutes after arriving. The parking lot was empty when I pulled in. Two cars parked 15 minutes after I had already waited and both received there food first. Will not be wasting anymore time or money here.

Bought a large fry, well actually bought a large fry, it was more like a medium fry in a large box. Only received one ranch dressing. Bottom of fry box had a lot of broken up pieces. Chik fil a is definitely not what it use to be.
This was the first unfriendly experience I've had at ANY CFA! I had to ask the cashier twice how she is doing today-she heard me but just stared at me. So I repeated myself & she replied curtly she was fine. They also closed their public restroom. I heard a customer say she had ordered her food and then had to leave & walk a good distance to a restroom then her food wasn't even ready on her return yet. Very slow, not that many customers & plenty of workers. The workers for the most part were taking their time at their tasks. The only genuinely friendly person was the lady who brought me my meal. My salad was scant & a bit wilted. Truly, this CFA needs to be checked out!
